Everyone is really nice, and it is pretty clean inside. There are two drive through ATM lines and walk-up ATMs outside and inside. However, for some reason there is always a long line inside to see a live teller. Parking is never an issue, but the layout of the parking lot requires a little searching.

$7 convince fee to cash a Wells Fargo settlement check. The manager Paula gave no explanation, just a dismissive tone to take the check elsewhere

Busy as always on a Friday Afternoon but service is still prompt. The tellers are friendly and welcoming. I was able to get access to my money without any issues. Parking was a cinch. Be back soon.

Just had a visit with Daisy to look over my accounts and find a way to prevent me going deeper into debt. She spent aa much time as was needed with me. Since there was no one behind me... I think. But she was super helpful and understanding. Made a bad morning shine like a great one.

I live walking distance but I still drive 2 miles to another Wells Fargo. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go there is always a line to the door and it takes longer to get help then driving to another location. My hopes in writing this is they’ll see it and hire more people.

customer service from bankers really lacks. i was told one time for an appt to wire time sensitive money and when i arrived they told me a different time from what i was told when i made the appt and were still 25 min late which really was 45 min late from the 1st time they told me. an no one addressed me or acknowledged me waiting. wont use this branch again.
