I went in to make my cc payment. An associate asked me if I was interested in updating the cc. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my credit had improved. She offered my a card with points and a much higher limit. Needless to say, I was very pleased.

Everyone is really nice, and it is pretty clean inside. There are two drive through ATM lines and walk-up ATMs outside and inside. However, for some reason there is always a long line inside to see a live teller. Parking is never an issue, but the layout of the parking lot requires a little searching.
