Elijah was awesome! We visited once to get advice on upgrading our prepay phones and he explained all the options and reasons why some prefer an expensive plan. We came back 2 weeks later with our new iPhone 16e phones and he did the magic to activate the eSIM on our existing prepay account.

AT&T only keeps Sales Representatives in the store, no technicians. Bear that in mind when going in, be patient and ask questions. If you are not tech-savy, bring someone with you who is.

I love our local AT&T retailer in Eureka. The staff is always extremely helpful. I switched from Verizon because coverage is better on West End Rd and Bayside. I’ve had bill problems from other stores that corporate wouldn’t help with on the phone. The local store took care of my problem. Highly recommend.
