He provided wonderful customer service, I wish all customer service employees were as helpful and personable as he was.”
“This is by far the best auto parts store I’ve ever been to! The customer service was absolutely mind blowing. A manager there named Braulio went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with my vehicle and I truly appreciate the treatment. These guys saved my day and that is not an exaggeration. “Very helpful, and they do have a certain amount of money to buy back old batteries. Once the money runs out they will not buy them until the next day. But they will still take your old batteries if you want to leave them.”
