“Thanks to Josh and the crew at American Auto Detail for the fantastic detailing of the inside of my 2015 Subaru Legacy. It had truly "gone to the dogs", one dog in particular, my 7 year old cattle dog, Josey. This breed sheds abundantly, year round. In addition to copious amounts of dog hair, and despite my efforts to protect the back seat with a cover, Josey's paw prints festooned the beige fabric upholstery. Our abundant rains and muddy dog parks made it especially frustrating. I tried an upholstery cleaner purchased at Auto Zone, but quickly realized it was a losing battle. I purchased the vehicle used in 2018, and after American Auto Detailing, it looks and smells better than when I bought it at Steven's Creek Subaru. Better than new!”
“Always great service!! My only request: add an air compressor to the drying process (to blow out the excess water out of the side mirrors, etc). It add about 30 seconds to the process and priceless value to the customer.”
“I called and we discussed 2-front windows and windshield visor. He told me it would take 1.5 hours. I showed for my appointment and he told me he could only do the visor if we had time. I was confused because it was discussed and I figured he'd make time for it in the appointment. But then he didn't do it. When I went to check out he told me he only had me down for two windows. I told him we definitely discussed it and he wasn't even willing to push a half hour into his next appointment to help me while I'm still here even though I'm from out of town. Not the best customer service.I'm bummed to be leaving with the job not completely done and now I have to make another appointment. He offered for me to come back in the middle of the day, 5 hours later. Unfortunately, i have my day booked. BummerUpdate: They called me and offered to do the visor for free since the next customer was willing to push their appointment back.”

We went and had lunch while they were at work.Guys were nice and ladies in the office were even nicer!!Thanks for taking care of this couple from Indiana in a timely, efficient manor!”
