I have never rented from Hertz before but now I wish I had. I had a rental arranged via my dealership and was so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and consideration that Noah showed me as a customer. The woman at the counter said she likes to rent cars to people. I believe her. She was good at it. Knew the systems, knew the neighborhood. 5 stars doesn't say enough. After my 2 day nightmare with Enterprise hertz got exactly what I needed done in a fraction of the time.
