They are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to take care of us and their customers. They truly treat everyone like family and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily come back again. We highly recommend them to our friends and family!

The Hertz rental in Eureka is extraordinary! We needed a rental for several months and Jess took great care of us. The price is good, the car was perfect.

I have never rented from Hertz before but now I wish I had. I had a rental arranged via my dealership and was so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and consideration that Noah showed me as a customer. I would definitely recommend this location and commend them for hiring an employee like Noah.
