Foremost, they do not allow renters to park on their property. We drove off the lot and then shortly realized they had given us a vehicle without properly inflated tires. The next day we woke up to a flat tire and tried to call for and ask hertz if they could do anything to help us. They said they could not do anything to help us including reimbursement for a tire replacement if we went to a tire shop unless we bought another day of rental. We then called the hertz at the Santa Rosa airport and got no response at 10:04 am. we then drove to the airport rental location and we finally reached an awesome representative that would help us and she exchanged our vehicle. Thankfully our flat happened in Santa Rosa where they have one of the very few Hertz that's open on Sundays. We have no intention of renting with hertz again. Especially not if driving in NorCal on a Sunday.
n addition, the delays caused by Hertz’s negligence—compounded by the inability to reach your office on a Sunday—resulted in our arrival being approximately 1.5 hours late, which was 30 minutes past the stated grace period. As a result, we were charged an additional $55 in fees.

Great service and easy! Website is very easy to navigate. We have been very happy with the cars we have rented through the Mangers Special. We will continue to use Hertz when we need a vehicle.

Small Hertz location with actual staff to talk to if you have questions. I've rented cars there many times and my car has always been ready when I arrive.

Customer service is incredible! I left my wallet in the rental car and the car was off site when I came back for it. They sent someone to get it and bring it to me. Highly recommend!

This place has the worst customer service. We made a reservation online and were already charged with it. When we went to the place to pick up the reserved car, they wouldn't accept the agreement and we left the place without a car and having to dispute the charges to get my money back on my credit card because it was approved. Also, they didn't make an attempt to help us. The lady from behind was not even helping at all. If I could give 0 star, I would!

Terrible service. I was charged for a vehicle on my credit card and after going down there to pick it up they didn’t honor the agreement. They couldn’t even come up with a valid explanation. Left me with no vehicle and having to dispute the transaction because it was approved from the credit card company and the only way to get my money back was to dispute the charges. The guy working the morning we went down there doesn’t know anything and the woman with the smug attitude sitting behind him did not make us feel comfortable and accepted as if it was us bringing issues to them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a smooth process w picking up the rental, person who helped me out was very nice and explained everything. Car was in good condition and got me safely to San Francisco. Will definitely check them out whenever I’m in the area again.

Awesome location. Easily the best car rental experience I've had. Rachel was wonderful and went above and beyond to be accommodating and make the rental process easy. Cannot recommend enough.
