The owner is exceptionally knowledgeable about audiophile gear, with knowledge and experience to back it up. He provides good and honest advice, takes time to explain things well, and gives advice on particular gear pairings. He offers fantastic service, going above and beyond to help select the best gear, install it, and set up fantastic and simple systems. Customers appreciate getting honest advice within their budget and report finding one of a kind deals. It is a treat to find such a knowledgeable person and this kind of selection and service, making it the best possible time to visit. Many state they will never buy from anyone else and will shop there again.
