“My storage unit is in Eureka. I travel there by public transit, the staff is always friendly, and the site is clean. They take security seriously and I can phone my rent in with my card on file. I'm in a large space at a reasonable price. Those are my positive impressions after 2+ years. My unit is not climate controlled, but a few of those dollar store dehumidifiers lasts up to 3 months depending on the weather. I also had my unit included in my renter insurance along with my apartment.”

“Just stopped in by chance because it was next door to where I was and needed a cell phone charger....but the owner was super friendly and they have great selection of glass, Kratom products, incense, and accessories and vape stuff! And great prices! Better than most headshots in Portland where I live for prices and selection.... by far. I wish we had stores like this.Really impressive for an unassuming looking smoke shop :-)I was expecting to pay like $15 because most places overcharge for cables and things like that. Not only was it only $10... the owner apologized for $10 being too much! And lowered it to $5 without me even asking!Check it out :-)”

“This a very busy place (especially morning and late afternoon). Like so many others in the north state they are understaffed. Do not expect someone to come running out to meet you. They have some good people doing the best they can. I had a trailer brake system installed on a new (used) vehicle. If anything it would be nice to have a area to sit and wait and maybe some coffee? Those guys did a fine job. Thank you.”

“April 2021. Storage options are slim, and the first callback I got was from these folks. Very convenient platform dolly and freight elevator in the mini storage garage. Despite 1-at-a-time customer entry and plexiglass in office, staff are not mask compliant; YMMV and not a deal breaker because it's a seller's market for storage space. Good experience overall with secure location. Room for improvement: Port a potty needs hand sanitizer and TP - is theft of sanitizer or TP a concern inside a gated perimeter?”
