“Rented from them for about a year. It was around $60 a month for a decent sized clean unit. It was on the second floor but there's an elevator for your belongings. There was a time I forgot to pay and they put a lean on my account. Paid up right away and we were good to go. I kept the unit and there were no problems after that. Overall a good experience. They also sell some storage equipment in their main office.”

“Jordan is the best! We had a horrible moving experience and our belongings ended up at Mad River Storage. Jordan was so helpful in getting a unit reserved to secure our belongings.The facility is very safe and secure, the units are in great condition and the price is very reasonable. Our belongings were in storage for over 6 weeks until recently picked up for delivery to Louisiana. Jordan always made himself available to help me when calling to check on our belongings. He was always very professional, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this facility. I don’t think you could get better service anywhere else!”
