“I've used ADS twice now and have been completely satisfied both times. Their customer service and professionalism was on full display. I found their team namely Ted and Sean highly efficient and proficient not to mention courteous and warm. My imposed swift deadline of days was met with no extra charge. I also found their services to be very reasonably priced given their work product. Lastly, their new site is very nice, great location with ample parking right there.”

“Sean was extremely helpful. I had created labels for some very small bottles, and he walked me through how to share the file in the right format for printing. He helped resize and adjust the design so it actually fit the bottles, offered great advice on designing for such a small space, and provided competitive pricing. I had originally planned to print online, but I’m really glad I found Sean’s shop!”

“Fantastic service all around! From day one, Noah, Bennett, and Darren were professional, patient, knowledgeable, prompt, and so much fun to work with! Noah was exceptional with creating HYSL a new logo design for our 40th Anniversary and was always open to suggestions. His design knocked it out of the park and it encompassed everything and more we wanted in our new logo to celebrate our anniversary. Noah was also super helpful in selecting certain apparel for our limited edition swag. Darren was great with our mockups and was so patient answering all of my questions. He was wonderful with communicating and confirming our designs before they went to screen printing. Chris and his crew nailed it with the screen printing. Our limited edition HYSL swag has been a massive hit and we are almost sold out. We could not have done this without the help of everyone at Visual Concepts. I cannot wait to work with them on future projects. I recommend them to anyone and anyone! Visual Concepts is hands down the best to work with!”

“Solid location with a great staff. I was greeted immediately and my request for memorial flyers was started right away. I waited maybe a total of 20 min only because I had trouble sending the file to their email at first, but once they got it only took about 5 min. The first run was gorgeous and everyone has loved the flyer. Thanks for your help during a personally tough time.”
