Many find the items to be very expensive or spendy, and note that the clothing caters mostly to younger, very small-figured girls, with most sizes being small and very few items for a regular, shapely woman. However, the customer service is consistently described as outstanding, fantastic, and helpful. The owner and staff are lovely, kind, and on top of taking care of you.
