“I absolutely love Old Navy I can find trendy clothing and any size or at least the majority of sizes I'd imagine there might be some special order sizes or something that nobody has either that they don't have but for the most part whether you're skin and bones or very big boned they can put you in clothes that look good plus the prices are fantastic there's always sales going on I'd say literally 80% of my wardrobe was bought in at Old Navy! I'm so glad that the Old Navy company decided to come back to the Bayshore Mall and reopen in Eureka”

I worked in fashion for decades....way back when we had I. MAGNIN and Neiman Marcus in SF.
I was under the impression that the days of customer service died when Union Square did.
The two ladies who were working that day were fabulous. They escorted both of us to fitting rooms. Checked on us when we came out to look in the 3 way mirror. Ran to get me a different size. I was so enchanted that these 2 understood the assignment and actually did their job. I went in with zero purchasing intent but they did such a good job they ended selling both of us additional items.

“I thought this boutique had beautiful clothing, everything had a wonderful aesthetic! The young lady who helped me was really charismatic and friendly, she made my mom and I feel so welcome. It's really refeshing to find a nice feminine clothing shop these days, I am a huge fan of feminine fashion and have a difficult time finding places with a real sense of style. I wish I didn't live on the north Oregon coast, I'd come here much more often! Luckily we visit the redwoods for hiking at least once a year and I'll definitely come back every time 😊🩷”

“We love this store and the amazing people that volunteer their. It's fabulously decorated for tge holidays with so many Christmas decors and decorations. I always findat least 2 beautiful shirts mysize and they are sometimes brand new. We also find great books to read for my husband, me and my 91 year old mom. Prices are so fair and reasonable. They also offer sign up for points that give you $10 off for every $100 spent. I am frugal and this also helps cancer patients and survivors, so it's a double bonus. Thank you”
“Always stop by Humboldt Clothing and snag some gear every so often, but last weekend I ordered up a new khaki logo hoody and sweatpants and the quality of the garments is high end, plush, heavy. Artwork is excellent, Im gonna be back for another hoody hopefully before they sell out. On top of it, they shipped it same day, I received it quicky and the packing job was very well done. Solid experience and much appreciated.”

“We love shopping here at Ross. The employees are usually so nice and friendly. My only complaint is that its usually so hot in there well to me anyways. So I usually just try and get in and get out. They've been doing a great job at keeping everything organized and looking neat and the options are usually pretty good everytime I stop there which is all over the place with which days and times we stop there. And one last complaint is the lines can sometimes get huge at checkout but they usually are pretty good about keeping and eye out and opening up for faster check out.”
