“The folks at Tetrault are kind, efficient, and friendly. I had to get a new set of tires and they helped me find the right thing for my budget and installed them in around 30 minutes. It was a very easy and painless experience. They even found me a repate for the tires!
I originally came to them to patch a tire, and even when busy they did the repair in under 20 minutes and free of charge.

“Yesterday I had a "seasonal tire switch" at Eureka Les Schwab Tire Center. I have used Schwab tires on my trucks for decades and they are excellent. My experience yesterday was outstanding.
I had made an appointment and it occurred timely. The woman assisting me at the counter was knowledgeable and kind.
Diego, the person working on my truck, was outstanding. He was professional and courteous. My truck had quite a bit of stuff in it that I was hauling and that had to be moved by him to get to the tires to be installed. He did so cheerfully and replaced it after the tire switch. This young man should be in management training if he is not already. He would be a sensational manager.

They do only what is requested and will do an inspection to identify issues but explain it all to you and make it easy to understand. Still amazed on the timely turnaround and rates. Great place.”

“Got helped the other day by a super tall guy named Coleman. Walked to my car. Found out the biggest tire i could squeeze on my big truck. Found me a cheaper, better warranty and for a better price. Good to have someone who actually has high knowledge where their working. Told him my issue about tire noise. Well he definitely helped with that. I came in to ask a question that’s it…. No hesitation dropped everything he was doing. Ended up leaving with a new set. Was gunna buy online to be fair. That service right there just brought a customer for life. I own a company that does ALOT of travel. All 6 vans will now be brought to Costco. If I had a tire shop, that employee would have been poached..”
