Now I don’t recommend expecting a miracle on Friday’s on a regular basis but I sure want to say thank you for his perseverance in solving my vehicles problem in poor circumstances. “I have a 21 year old son who is living up in the Eureka area. He's recently had problems with his car losing water. He took it to one shop up in the area and they wanted to charge him almost $1,000 dollars to replace the upper and lower radiator hoses on his car. These people were crooks in my opinion who were trying to take advantage of a young person who is just starting out in life on their own. Luckily he didn't have them do the work and he called me for advice. Since I don't live local I went and looked up Yelp reviews for mechanics in the area and that is when I found Wayne's Auto Repair. I called and had a nice likable guy answer the phone within a few rings. I told him what was going on and he said to have my son setup an appointment and he would look at his car and let us know what was wrong with it. Well when my son had his car looked at he found out that there was nothing wrong with the radiator hoses at all. Come to find out the radiator was leaking and would need to be replaced. My son had him replace the radiator and with parts and labor it was a little over half of the cost those other crooks were trying to charge to replace two radiator hoses that didn't need to be replaced in the first place along with mis-diagnosing what was really wrong with the car. All I can tell you is as a father who is trying to look out for his children I have found an honest mechanic in Wayne's Auto Repair. If you have a child who is out on their own (possibly attending college in the area) and you need an honest mechanic I would absolutely give these fine folks a call before all others. An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold these days. Some people are out to make a killing and some are out to make an honest living and these fine folks have my trust going forward. Thank you for looking out for my son. You guys are greatly appreciated.”
“Hands down one of the best customer services parts stores I have been to. Not sure what the review before me was, but it sounds like someone didn’t get the entitled service he deserved. I have been in here many times and there are times when it’s busy and you have to wait a couple minutes, other times you don’t. The staff is more than willing to fix any problems that arises if they are presented one, I have been one who needed things fixed a couple times. but when people like the last review are not waited on right away they throw a tantrum and resort to online to speak their mind. I bet he didn’t ask to speak with the manager or give anyone a chance just walked out and bashed them online. Truly comical or pathetic as he put it.”

Compared to other pricing in the area there's was way lower and the quality above my expectations. My car looks brand new again. He was extremely helpful and he gave me a first class education on having a car painted for the first time in my life.
