Extra Space in Fair Oaks is exceptional in every way. The complex is incredibly clean. Only customers are allowed in the premises, no people off the street. Kristina who assisted me was very professional with fantastic customer service. I would absolutely recommend the Extra Space in Fair Oaks.

Kristina in the front office was extremely helpful and understanding when I had issues with my storage unit lock. First, I called the day before... but after hours. Then they called me back the next day. Takes the stress off getting help right away.
