The Mail House is a clean, well lit, and roomy shop in olde-towne offering great, exceptionally helpful, and professional customer service. The staff are very nice, genuinely kind, compassionate, cheerful, and go out of their way to provide efficient and friendly experiences. Services include mailing, packaging, choosing the cheapest shipping, label printing, and handling FedEx, Amazon returns, and drop-offs. It is a very convenient and easy alternative to the post office. The shop also sells cool handmade items, chicken merch, and 50 cent stickers. Customers find the services very cheap and report good, updated services from the new owners.
I found out about this place from a Fair Oaks group on Facebook. I had no idea this place existed! Love going here for forever stamps and shipping. The stamps are priced really good, better than Amazon a lot of the times. And the staff is very friendly and helpful! Go here instead of the post office!! Support local!
