“First, I have multiple chronic physical issues. I purchased an adjustable bed a few years ago, and it has been fantastic. Last fall I bought an office chair and a recliner. The office chair is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. The recliner which was being custom made did not arrive until this spring. Well, after sitting in the recliner a couple months, I realized a big issue. Given my many foot surgeries, my circulation has been compromised, and the recliner was very uncomfortable. I had to do something, and this was a very expensive chair I could not sit in. I went in to see Gill, and explained my issue. He had another recliner that he had me sit in for about 20 minutes to test. It was very comfortable. Gill agreed to swap the recliner at no extra charge. Truly, fabulous customer service in which I am grateful! I recommend the Ultimate Back Store as they have many options for chronic back issues, and most importantly 5 star customer service! “I'm a very happy customer. My printer started making a horrible noise. I sent an e-mail and Jeremy responded quickly. He offered suggestions which solved my problem. Since it had been awhile since the printer had any routine maintenance, I made an appointment. Jeremy arrived at the appointed time, took everything apart and cleaned it. Two rollers needed to be replaced, and the tray adjusted. The tray was what caused the noise in the first place. The price was what I expected. I could have saved money by taking my printer to his shop, but it's a HP600, much to heavy for me to handle.”

I run a portfolio of apartment communities here in Sacramento for a national firm and needed an office set up and this was just super ease! High recommend! “This company is phenomenal for your plotter paper and ink requests and service. Free shipping on all orders or pick up in store and they have the order ready and load it in the car! Any issues are eagerly addressed and are resolved quickly, efficiently and explained thoroughly. Their priority is customer satisfaction, and it shows. Visitors are greeted with warm positive worker's, free soda and popcorn while you wait? What other companies do that? NO ONE, but this one right here. Staff is absolutely a delight to you as soon as you come in, they're so helpful, patient, caring and eager to help with any questions you have. If they don't know the answer, they find it! It's refreshing to see a business with old school character that alot of companies/corporations done away with or haven't done in years. I can't imagine anyone providing reviews and give anything less than 5 stars! The salesman help with questions, techs and management as well! The front counter workers are wonderfully great and polite, helping load your items in the car without asking! (Especially when your older with back issues) Kathy, Kevin & Amber all work as a team to get customers the best service. Watch out, companies would love to have them as employees! Can't say enough!”
“I went to this olde-towne shop because the owner offered to mail something for me and sign her name on a legal document saying she did. I offered her more money than she asked for as I didn't really need much, just her help. She kindly refused. It's not often you find a genuinely kind and compassionate person who gives without taking. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back.
