I contacted three companies that sell HP Latex Wide Format Printers. I did a mask-on meet and greet with each one of the companies. One of the most important aspects of investing in new technology is the ability to receive the hands-on training as well as a company that has in-house service department. Only two of the companies I contacted had the in-house service department. When I met Mark Villari of Caltronics Business Systems, it became quite clear he was truly knowledgeable about the HP Latex Print and Cut workflow. Mark even did a demo print and cut with our company logo. For delivery of the new printer and cutter Mark was on site to assist in every aspect and did not leave until the machine was up and running to my satisfaction.
