“Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to help me when my insurance card didn’t have all the information printed on it. They could have sent me home to contact the insurance about the missing information but they didn’t. They took the time to call the insurance company for me to get the information needed and let me pick up my prescriptions.I was using CVS pharmacy and they couldn’t get one of my medications in the liquid form the doctor ordered. CVS told me it wasn’t available in liquid any longer. Safeway had no problem getting it ordered and ready for pickup the next day.There can be a line of 3 - 6 people at times but it doesn’t usually take long. You can always use the time to grab any groceries you need. They will allow you to check out a few groceries items with your prescriptions.The pharmacy is open till 8pm and I like that they have a more private area to get vaccines done. I’m so glad I switched from CVS to Safeway.”

“Came in at the end of my work day and a few minutes before this pharmacy closes and I made a mistake and ordered my medication at another Raley's. I thought I was going to get the same bad service. But... to my surprise their is a new pharmacist in charge and she fixed everything and I got my medication this eveningWhat a breath of fresh air! I hope her kindness and perfessinlism rubs off on the others behind the counter.”

“I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the pharmacy. My experience was fantastic. They had all staff at each station for prescriptions which meant practically no wait time to pick up my medicine. They filled all 3 of my prescriptions same day the doctor sent them. Yes there is a long wait at the drive thru ,its only 1 window. Going inside was super fast. The employee that helped me was friendly. Will be going here from now on!”

“I've been going to this Safeway for the last 15 years and the employees are amazing. They're very efficient and friendly and their produce is far beyond other stores. I've moved out of the neighborhood recently but still continue going here for my prescriptions because the pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.”
