“Such an incredible office! They really care about our animals. We’ve been coming here for years, and the doctors have been nothing short of amazing. Both Dr. Berlier and Dr T. Have been very knowledgeable, attentive, they listen to our concerns, explain things clearly, and always help calm our worries.
We have two dogs and two cats, and we’ve even brought a foster animal here. The staff have always been supportive, kind, and understanding, especially with our anxious dogs. We also appreciate that the clinic is clean and a stand-alone location, not inside a PetSmart, since big pet stores stress our dogs out.
Even after moving away, we still drive out of our way to come here because the care is absolutely worth it.”
“Words cannot describe how thankful my family and I are to this place. Pancreatitis is a very serious and dangerous thing and our little dog was all the sudden being completely attacked by it. I didn't know what to do. But the awsome people at mercy pet hospital did. They were very kind to us, explained so much to us , they have so much knowledge about our pets and they really did try to keep the costs down as much as they could and I can honestly say that these nice people saved our dogs life, when he was in their care they called us at least 3 times to keep us updated My family went from being broken hearted to totally happy again and we are so thankful to Mercy pet hospitals staff for that Thank you so much for caring for and fixing Johnny , as soon as the meds wore off and he woke up he immediately started eating and drinking again God bless you and Good Job!”
