The owner knows what they are doing and always finds fantastic shoes that are so comfortable and last through extreme punishment. Staff are knowledgeable, engaged, friendly and thorough. They do 3D pressure analysis with a machine, give pressure sleeves and electrolyte powder, and help with hiking shoes and pants. Customers say the store is life changing, community‑centric, professional, and caring. Many walk in on a whim, find friendly staff, receive time and attention, and plan to be back even if they don’t buy shoes. One guest was convinced to check out the auburn store for hiking pants after the owner took great care of their needs. Service is 10/10 and highly recommended for any outdoor shoes. The shop is intentionally stocked, not stuff you can find everywhere, and offers a welcoming experience for all runners.
