“This is definitely the place to go for bodywork. They were so thorough fixed everything. It was an easy process through my insurance company USAA.. There is an especially bright young man who works there, Javier. He explained everything to me step-by-step about my repairs, including details about the new alignment, etc.
Not only is Javier, courteous and kind, but the woman who works at the front desk is just wonderful. I’ve had the best experience. It wasn’t fun to have to bring my car in for bodywork after a Car Accident , but they did such a beautiful job. I will know exactly what to do if this ever happens again. Go to caliber collision and ask for Javier.”

“I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon. “They were quick with scheduling and did efficient work on my car. The downfall is, there is a disconnect in scheduling. Twice I had appointments scheduled and someone is calling and leaving messages about getting me scheduled. Also, they said the rental car would be there, but it wasn't. Instead, they should have said the rental company would pick me up to take me to the car. They just need to communicate a bit better.”

“Fernando, of Fernando’s Auto Body, helped my wife and me enormously, just by being himself. When our little Honda became unsafe because of broken clips and body parts below the front bumper, Fernando realized how much we and our dog depend on that little car because after we sent an email on Sunday, he came to our home Monday to assess the problem. He took the car to his shop to remove the broken parts, rendering it safe for the time being, ordered new parts and returned our car to us. The following day, he again took the car, and completed the repair. He returned it to our home, safe to drive, leaving my wife issuing sighs of relief.
We highly recommend Fernando. He does good work, and is an ethical, reliable human being.”

“My late father used to own Fairfax Chevron (which I think is now a cafe) back when Ed De Maestri actively owned this garage. Our families had a good working relationship, and as a child I met Ed on several occasions.
Chris is the successor to this legacy currently. My own car needs body work, and due to this legacy, his garage is the only one I will trust.”
