“This is definitely the place to go for bodywork. They were so thorough fixed everything. It was an easy process through my insurance company USAA.. There is an especially bright young man who works there, Javier. He explained everything to me step-by-step about my repairs, including details about the new alignment, etc.
Not only is Javier, courteous and kind, but the woman who works at the front desk is just wonderful. I’ve had the best experience. It wasn’t fun to have to bring my car in for bodywork after a Car Accident , but they did such a beautiful job. I will know exactly what to do if this ever happens again. “I recently brought in my Sprinter van to replace the hood, grille and trim. Some custom seat installation work had to be done as well. Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon. “I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

My Honda was in an accident which required repairs to the rear quarter panel and replacement of the rear door. Chris had the ominous job of dealing with the insurance company which he was able to navigate (the insurance company dragged its feet for over a month).
I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Friday (which was a very fast turnaround).
I was much surprised that I got a call on Thursday that the vehicle was completed. I was able to pick it up that afternoon. The vehicle looked brand new and was cleaned and detailed following the repairs.
I highly recommend Precision (they also have a shop in Colma).

“They were quick with scheduling and did efficient work on my car. The downfall is, there is a disconnect in scheduling. Twice I had appointments scheduled and someone is calling and leaving messages about getting me scheduled. Also, they said the rental car would be there, but it wasn't. Instead, they should have said the rental company would pick me up to take me to the car. They just need to communicate a bit better.”

“Ken did an amazing job in repairing my rear bumper and in addition buffed the headlights, and fixed the front bumper a bit. All to say, my car is very important to me as it was my late mother’s. He gave me a good fair price, and did truly an amazing job. Wouldn’t recommend him enough, and definitely going back if I need anything more!”

“George Jr. and his son helped me overcome a difficult situation. My car had suspension issues that I haven't been financially able to deal with. I got lucky bringing my car into George Jr.'s shop when I did.
George Jr.'s son (also named George) is starting a business as a used auto dealer. Used car prices are high nowadays, but George & George were in a rare position to give me a deal; I'm incredibly grateful. They're very knowledgeable, amiable, and accommodating to all of my questions. They taught me what to look for when buying a used car. I was able to get a sport commuter from them for the same price it would've cost me to fix and register my out-of-state car.
George Jr. and George III uphold the legacy of George's Auto Body with 10/10 customer care. Be nice; they're great guys. And check them out when you need help!”

“I have been coming to Luis since he had his first little spot on east Fransisco Blvd, like more than 15 years ago. My brother recommended him and my whole family had come to Luis ( most family is passed now) when my grandmother brought her car in Luis always gave her a ride home and picked her when her car was ready. He also would give my mother one of his trucks to use if she needed while he worked on her car. I have had many cars in the years and brought every one of them here. My front bumper kept ripping off of my 2002 vw jetta and Luis would always screw it back on for free. Luis always explains the problem to me so I understand. Years ago my car needed a tire but I couldn't get my car to his shop(couldn't afford to tow it) so he came to me and took the tire with him and spent half the day looking for a good tire. At that time I believe he didn't do tire work. He found a good used tire and put it on my car for a very good price. When ever I need a oil change him or one of his guys always has time to do it. I highly recommend this place! I only wish to see more of Luis at the San Rafael shop.”

“when I arrive for my 930 appointment, technician was working on another car, but he looked up from his work and gave me a friendly good morning. After I checked in turns out the fellow‘s name was Sam and he gave me an estimate 30 minutes and sure enough that’s exactly what happened. He met that deadline. I’m sure he was being humble when he said the chipped window repair would be about 80% effective, but darned if I could see that former ship at all. At the end instead of having to wait in line at the office to pay, he invited me outside and we handled the transaction with our phones, and I was finished in no time. Way to go, Sam!”
