Years ago, my husband gave me a pair of sapphire earrings that Janet designed and they are still classic and beautiful.

When I needed help repairing some family jewelry, they were the first people I thought of. One of the repairs was complicated, and Jeff was very upfront with me about what he could and couldn’t do. I really appreciated his honesty, especially since the piece was costume jewelry and really only had sentimental value — and in the end, he did a great work. While I was there, he also took a look at my engagement ring and warned me that the prongs were getting very worn. He encouraged me to be careful with it and to bring it in regularly so he could keep an eye on things.

When I came back again for another inspection, Jeff took the time to show me exactly what was happening under the loupe. Indeed, there was almost nothing left of a couple of the prongs. He recommended that I stop wearing the ring until it was repaired by someone, and I’m so grateful he did. Jeff ended up remaking my engagement ring in the same style, and it is absolutely beautiful. Honestly, it looks even better than the original, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Jeff and Janet are both incredibly skilled and talented, but what really stands out is how much they care and how trustworthy they are. I wouldn’t take meaningful jewelry anywhere else.”
