“I'm a Longtime Gold customer- starting back with Trin, for so many years. She's moved on and now we're fortunate to have keslsey, take over lead with Joan, and Miquel. They're three pharmacy professionals we all can count on. I'll share a little story, I recently moved, thinking all pharmacies are the same, but I quickly had an awakening, an epiphany of sorts - all pharmacies are not equal and whatever little nuisances the store has or hasn't, it's the people and there commitment to customer service and kindness they spread one customer at a time. I often wonder if pharmacy students are taught compassion, that customer at their window probably just came from their dr's office prior to opening that RiteAid door. We think of prescriptions so matter factly, forgetting that's someone's mom, dad, grandparent, child and That individual is suffering, stressed, and probably worried by the time they reach the rite aid pharmacist. Remember that Compassion and a little empathy doesn't cost anything. So, here's lots of kudos and appreciation back at you three for all you do for the community. And thanks!”

“If your in the area and craving a sandwich, you will be happy if you choose to come to the Harvest Market Deli. It's right next door to the Kaiser. There is lot of parking. And the price is right! My husband didn't even complain. Our appetites were not big and we decided to share .....not next time! First, the women working at the deli are dedicated to customer service. They are friendly and helpful. They also, are efficient. We ordered a Turkey cranberry sandwich with one extra topping, pepperoccini. I spell it wrong but, it tasted great. The rye bread was aft and fresh mmmm. The Turkey is baked in house and sliced perfectly. And, it only costs $6.99 The woman at checkout was also smiling and friendly. I'm not certain but, I believe I interacted with one woman at the deli 7 years ago....last time we were in the area. She's from Louisiana, I think. Love the drawl:) yay”

“I've been going to safeway at cabrillo and 10th for more than 30 years. I consider the people who work there not as employees, but as friends. Denise, Ricky Givens, Eric, Prudencia in produce are all hardworking and easy to get along with. They know their inventory, and are helpful in finding items that you are unable to find. “This review is more about the Manager at this location, than RiteAid. I have shopped the Blithedale location for 30+ years. Many of my garden aesthetic treasures were 'sourced' here.While I have no experience with the Pharmacy, the Store Manager has kept this store afloat during 2 years of pandemic crisis, often with a severely curtailed staff.The store is 'old' and shows it. But the entire shopping center has been there for decades and does MV really want to see any more construction right now? (currently in midst of E. Blithedale mess). Some of the staff are new and not always adroit with customer service. But to be fair, 'customers' are people, and people can uncool.As I do my weekly 'Whole Foods & USPS' run, I always make a stop at RiteAid and am rarely disappointed with product.Most recently, my remote work requires phone authentication with my AM login, so when my iPhone screen was smashed beyond use, I was able to purchase an android online/pick it up/activate it all within hours and login seemlessly the next day. I still love my iPhone, but I didn't miss a beat with work.Mr. I (Store Manager), thank you for always graciously taking my call and letting me know if the 'online' product is really in stock.”

“I'll make this brief. This is the best Mollie Stones in Marin. It's also the most dangerous supermarket in Marin! By that, I mean that if you have any hunger whatsoever, you will have to exercise a world of restraint to not buy everything in this store. The deli section is absolutely unreal, as it has a huge warm and cold deli, the prepared salads area and sides areas are epic as is the chilled sake! Good Lord! I had a delicious warm Reuben sandwich with some tasty watermelon water reminiscent of an "agua fresca" which I summarily took outside to a nice quiet table and devoured it! Delicious! The bathrooms are super clean and parking is absolutely no problem. I could say a lot more, but please see for yourself and see that this place is da bomb.”
