“Brought my new scared rescue pup in for treatment and the staff are all very sweet and patient with her and me! Bright new office with lots of space to even sit in a little semi private alcove if you need a little extra distance. Parking can be a little tricky, but I found I can park in the United grocery parking lot and it’s a short easy walk inside to the vet. No worries!”

“Why I give them 4, not 5: Have always gotten excellent care from the veterinarians here, most recently Dr. Nordberg. I was disappointed that my dog’s most recent Rx’s, which we obtain from an online pharmacy, were delayed due to this practice’s not notifying the pharmacy of the doctor’s approval. When I was there for my dog’s exam and immunizations, I asked for a small bridge supply to cover the delay, and was told that there would be no samples but I could pay an exaggerated price for a week or 2 weeks’ supply.”

“Dr Radke has treated our family dogs for years. We followed her to Ross Valley because in addition to excellent medical care, she and the team treat animals and their people with compassion. Additionally, the office is extremely well run. I also appreciate that for recurring medical issues such as allergies, a visit was not required.”

“While walking my chihuahua mix and came upon a 20 year old chihuahua mix. I immediately asked who this pups vet was and was told about Dr Kelle Kearney! Well, over 5 years later Twiggy is almost 17 years old and doing so well under Dr. Kearney's care. We are so grateful for how much she cares and her bed side manner is the best we have ever seen. I always tell people we are not helicopter parents, WE ARE DRONE PARENTS and Kelle makes us feel safe and takes time to explain everything whether the issue is big or ridiculously small. But most importantly, Twiggy feels completely safe with her.”

They took my concerns seriously and asked what must have been the right questions because one serious issue was diagnosed quickly, while blood and urine tests were needed to diagnose chronic issues.
