Why are you gonna leave on your sign saying you’re open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and you’re not and then you’re going to answer your phone and say you’re closed like what sense does that make

Make sure when you purchase a new battery for your car it is really brand new. looks could be deceiving and no room for regrets. I will not recommend this store.

younger girls that work there were rude and childish, thought no one was looking at them while standing behind their counter but i caught them making faces about their costumer and laughing at him just for asking a question

So i came to get a battery for my car and bought a brand new one from this place with 2 yr replacement plan as the guy told me it was. I installed it into my car and drove it the next day and noticed my lights started flickering and didnt think nothing of it.. got to the next city and my car started going on and off and than all of sudden the car shuts off while im on the road.. i pulled over and parked the car and tried to restart the car and nothing.. light and everything is off.. tried jumping the car and still nothing.. so i instantly thought it was the alternator.. checked that and it was fine.. bought a new battery from o'Reilly and it started right up.. brought it back to the store and owner tells me he cannot refund me and that its not the battery and its its something wrong with the car maybe the starter or alternator.. i told him that i am a mechanic and if it was the starter than it wouldn't crank and if it was the alternator than it would of done the same thing to the new o'Reilly battery.. he disagrees and says there's nothing he can do and all sales are final.. keep in mind i only used the new battery for 1 day and it died on me. And they also said now i have 18 months replacement not 2 yrs.. Definitely wont be doing business with them EVER again.. i would give it 0 stars if i can but there's my review

Owner Frank was very helpful and honored battery exchange within warranty without receipt. Batteries are reasonably price and great service. Installed new battery for $10. I will definitely continue doing business with AMP power co.

I have a few older cars and an RV. This is the go to spot to get them! I get new and reconditioned batteries here. Why spend a ton for a new Mercedes battery when I can get a reconditioned one for way cheaper! Great customer service too!

I came an hour before closing and needed a battery replacement & was in and out in 15 minutes! I was unable to catch her name but I called before heading up to the store and the young woman was very kind which was nice. When I arrived, Steven was occupied on the phone, but still greeted me and assured me he'd be right with me. I told him what I needed and instead of trying to persuade me to spend more money than I intended to he just gave me a quick but informative rundown of my options. This place has the BEST prices around and the customer service is amazing. I was hoping that they provided additional services because they are the type of people I would absolutely love to continue doing business with. I highly recommend this shop for all of your battery needs. Thank you guys, a little kindness really does go a long way and it's greatly appreciated!

Owner is really helpful and has great customer service. They have new batteries and used referbished for great prices ; depending on vehicle . About 40 out the door for a used small battery . Comes with 1 year warranty

After striking out around town for 12V batteries for adaptive golf cart I came across Amp Power who had what I needed. Steve got on the phone with me and talked me through to find the right batteries. He cared about helping me and that is great customer service.
