Obscenely overpriced on their fuel - there's another Arco less than a mile away that's almost always 50 cents a gallon cheaper. It's one thing to charge a premium for convenience, but this is an obscene premium.

Extremely rude employees here. Keep driving if you're passing through. They closed for a shift change, which is fine, but they kicked a guy out who had some nachos in the microwave for 2 minutes. They didn't let him wait for his food, kicked him out and made him wait 10 minutes for his cold nachos. After this, we all found out that they actually weren't opening up again, and that it was cash only, but they weren't telling anyone this and they didn't put up a sign. So we waited in line for about 20 minutes, while they RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY helped other customers. I had been driving for 3 hours and it was hot and we drove off the freeway specifically for caramel Frappuccinos. Got up to the front of the line and since the place was still shut down for a "shift change" the employees were grabbing things for the customers, so we asked for 2 frozen caramel coffees (since that what the poster outside called them). The guy brought us two hot coffees. We, nicely, corrected him and asked for the frozen ones, the "Frappuccinos," and, after almost 1/2 an hour of waiting, the guy said "nah, it's not happening." He didn't want to bother anymore. THEN HE ACTUALLY YELLED AT MY SON!! He was mad that he had gotten the order wrong so he took it out on my son. He was literally the most rudest customer service person I've met in my life. He basically said no, I'm not getting what you want, I don't want to do it. Then he said "next" to the next person in line. Ampm mini mart must have a really hard time trying to find people to work late at night in a sketchy part of Vallejo so they just don't even care who they hire. They don't care if the people are nice, they don't care if the people are intelligent or not, or if they're hard-working. They literally will hire ANYONE. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. There are other places to go for gas, there are other minimarts and other convenient stores. Don't go here just because it's convenient-- don't give this business your money. They do NOT deserve it. Of all the places I go, all the places I review, this is the worst customer service I've been to in California, the United states and the entire world, and I've been to many countries and many places in my life, so that's saying a LOT.

Car wash wouldn't work, kept telling me to back up and wouldn't let me get my truck cleaned. Not to mention they don't have a working phone number wtf.

Charges without fuel! ISSUE RESOLVED read below.We filled up our gas tank. The pump clicked to let me know it was full and I noticed that it kept charging me without pumping out gas. When the attendant came out and saw I was holding the pump in my hand and the charges kept coming he mumbled something and then headed back to the store. I hung up the pump and went to get him for help. He gave me a phone number which didn't allow me to leave a message. I went back in and explained about the phone number and he kept saying his manager wasn't there and he couldn't refund me. He kept telling me to call the number on the receipt. He finally called the number himself after my insistence and it rang inside the store.I am currently on hold with Arco hoping to get a refund.ISSUE RESOLVEDThe owner contacted me and apologized for the experience. He explained that it was not normal for this to happen and apologized over and over. He then went ahead and mailed me a gift card. THANK YOU.
