I always have a good experience but my A C is still not fixed. So it is costing me more every month in because the AC is working to hard to cool the unit.Also the rainy season is coming and my unit leaks on the inside at the patio door.And the new owner is going up 500 on the rent in 2024.

The apartment is nice except a few things need to be corrected, I wish I could of look at the apartment before hand, instead of a video, my toilet has the wrong top, my mirror has marking carved into it, my bathroom sink is missing a side panel to the cabinets, front door panel around door could be better. After living there for about 3 years there have been a few managers. Passion was the best manager during my stay. She was always very professional and understanding when my dad was sick during Covid and other situations. I appreciate the community feeling that Passion and the staff provided during my stay.
