I came to open a representative payee account and I tried at another chase bank but the lady never got back to me after giving her copies of my information she had asked. But Logan at this chase bank was very polite and was able to help me with what I needed. It was quick easy an simple these other banks made it sound hard. Thanks Logan for all your help .

Not on a par with other Chase branches we have banked in the past 20+ years. We went in this morning to deposit a 5-figure US Treasure Check and only found out after reading the receipt that it would not be cleared for 9 days. Other branches would have informed us before processing the check and offer other ways to consider. But not here, no words, as if they don't care. If we had known that, we'd probably have cashed the check first and then deposited the cash. Window clerks said there is nothing they can do and the check can't be cashed anymore. No more banking here!

Customer service doesn't even exists in this branch . I wish they would have some more professional staff there . Even after setting up an appointment to open a new account Allison messed that up ?! And when I told them about what happened they didn't seeemed to care they just told me to wait 30-40 min. For the next banker ? Great job guys ...

To start this location is 2 mins from my house, so I thought it would be nice to re open an account with chase. I went in there 40 mins before they were going to close so my wife and I can open an account and take advantage of there promotion of 500 bucks for a new account. When going in there the gentleman was helping one person and we were next. Then he walked over and said why don't we come back another day since there was not enough time left. Since it was the holidays we said okay. The next time we strolled in there the gentleman had last told us it would take 30 mins to open our account and now he said it would be an hour. Trying to keep two kids contained for that long my wife said let's just go and we'll do it online. We walked in there with 40 grand in new money to deposit. I'll just take my business somewhere else. I remember why I closed an account with chase.

The general manager is always super nice when I come in. They always have lollipops stocked when my children come with me. The wait is never long. I am surprise of all the bad reviews that I had to write one. Its always the bad reviews that get written quickly. Shout out to the staff here. Always clean and coffee is always hot. Oh and I am sure they open until 4pm on Saturdays. Sorry the secret is out. lol

The people that work here are really nice, there just is never enough of them! My time is valuable and I feel like it's not appreciated at this location. There is usually only one teller. I'm sure it's because they want people to use the ATM.

I have been with Chase for a long time;however, I must say both branches in Fairfield have a lot to be desired. The ambiance is sterile; the branches are large and empty and void of anything interesting. Banks should be appealing and inviting. Neither one of these is and there are never enough manager type customer reps. The last times I was there, people were removing their money and closing their accounts. If it wasn't too much trouble to change banks and accounts, I would leave as well. Chase, this is 2017. Get with it.

Fairfield N.Texas st. had the worst costumer service. Nothing but problems at this branch. They give you the run around and just talk a lot. They want to talk till you leave very confused. I have worked with two different employees (not giving name) but both feed you the same BS. I will only use the branch in Suisun City. They know what they are doing and do everything they can to help. They treat you as if your hardship was there hardship.

i just live over the freeway from this branch and never had any problems with their customer service. I am greeted when I come in and helped when the teller is available. They even give me newer bills when I ask for them. The minus one star is for the Rift Rafts there that hang out in their cars in front of the ATM.

Horrible customer service. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon only 2 tellers and 2 bankers. Waited in line for a while then needed to see a banker had to wait 15 min on top to the 10 min in line

I've heard nothing but bad things about this location and its near the home we just bought so I had the chance to check it out, boy what a waste of time. 20 minutes later after finally enough I left and won't return. Slow service, 2 people behind the counter and one sitting in the customer area helping and there are lines everywhere. I've never been disgusted with chase as I am today... again I won't be returning.
