Reward card doesn’t work & bathroom is never available. Every chevron should have a bathroom!

Went in today to get gas and guy name RAJ would not take my money because he said his register was full and when he opened it it was not even full. He can always stack bills and put them under the register or in the safe. Its not what he said but how he said it. Would of paid with card or a bigger bill instead.
