ATD / Chipman moved our house a few weeks ago and I wanted to make sure I came back to give them a good review. Everything loaded and unloaded quickly, and now that we are unpacked I can confidently say everything went through the move without any signs of damage. I would highly recommend them.

Chipman did such a great job moving our furniture into our house. They had plenty of helpers and it was fast and efficient. Super nice, too! Would definitely recommend!!

Great job by all the Chipman staff. Ignacio is the greatest. Paul & Jennifer deserve mention. The packing, loading and unloading crews were all careful, hardworking and respectful of us and our possessions.

Paul Jelderks and Michelle Tatum were both very professional. They both followed up every step of the way to make sure everything was going according to plan. The moving crew was Edgar and Jose. These two men were very professional, extremely hard working and great guys to have move you Highly recommend this organization. Thank you to all at Chipman Logistics.

Chipman made my move much less stressful than any other move I've ever made. They are professional and courteous. Let me know where they were along the way, when they'd arrive. I don't plan on moving again but if I did, I'd be sure to have Matt and his crew again.

My son used Chipman when he moved so had a good recommendation. Quenisha Burns was fantastic. Always available to answer questions and kept me informed as to my move.Ross the moving van driver was wonderful. On time if not early. Kept me informed as to when ny things would be delivered. Could not recommend anyone else.

Our experience with Chipman Relocations is 5 Star Positive! We hired Chipman Relocations via ************************************************* in early April 2023 for a move from ********** to ****************. We received excellent service in every step of our moving process. We had 3 bids performed and the virtual survey App operated by the estimator provided the accurate count and assessment of our belongings -- better than the in-person survey performed by another national company. The bid was reasonable for our content. We were provided with a wealth of information to help ** prepare for our move including frequent contacts from a moving coordinator. From pack-up day through the move and unloading day, we had the same mover assigned to our belongings. He and his team were super helpful, kind, efficient and thorough. Our belongings arrived on the day they were promised. Everything arrived intact and placed as requested. I have no improvements to suggest to Chipman Relocations or *************************************************. This is our first time with hiring a company for an out-of-state move so we were concerned about potential problems. However, the whole experience has been exceedingly positive and we recommend this company.

From the moment we met Joe Alves, our move estimator, we knew this was a great decision. Joe was always helpful and available for any questions. Our move coordinator, Quenisha Burns was also always helpful and ready with solutions to any issues I encountered during packing. On move day the team of movers were cheerful, enthusiastic, “Can Do” men who handled all of our belongings as if they were moving their own things. Plus, our driver, Don Sanders, stayed in contact with me during our 2 day trip to the new location. He was a joy to work with!I cannot imagine using any other moving company for a long distance move.Chipman Relocation is simply the best!!

My husband I recently moved from Oregon to Rhode Island. We went with Chipman Relocation/United, and are pleased to report that everything went smoothly. We wish to thank everyone who helped make our relocation possible and worry-free. Paul Jeldkerks, our estimator, came on-time to meet with my husband. He went from room to room and through all the cupboards to see what we were taking. He also recommended a car moving company, and discussed with us the possibility of storing our belongings in RI while we waited for work to be completed at our new residence. He was excellent at communicating with my husband, and providing information on a timely basis. Michelle Tatum, our move coordinator, is absolutely the best! Her years of experience shows in the way she handles any situation that is thrown her way. I had an issue that I felt was very important, and she was kind enough to give me a number where I could reach her even on the weekends. She truly tries to problem solve, and is always reassuring that everything will work out. I don't know how many times I contacted her, and every time, she was gracious, patient, and had a great sense of humor. I really enjoyed working with Michelle and credit her with keeping me calm and informed throughout the moving process. Prior to the movers coming, another company came to crate my glass dining table top. The two gentlemen that came were efficient in making a wood crate and in packing the glass very carefully. It arrived completely intact. On the day of the move, Kellen and Ron showed up on-time and prepared to pack my loose items and to move my boxes into their truck. They were careful when moving items around the house. Ron's experience clearly showed in the way he packed the loose items, crated a very large print, and loaded the truck like it was a jigsaw puzzle - figuring out which boxes belonged where in the truck. Kellen labeled my boxes, and his numbers matched what I had also recorded. So, I knew that all the boxes had been accounted for. Our belongings arrived on-time, and the gentlemen from Conlon Services unloaded their truck quickly and efficiently. It required extra effort since we now live in a high-rise rather than a single-family house. They had to make many trips up and down the elevator. They were careful not to bang into our door frame as they were coming in and out of the apartment. Finally, the two gentlemen that uncrated the dining table were extremely careful and efficient. It turns out, they were off-duty firefighters! They're stationed not too far from where we live. They suggested places to eat and things to do. We're looking forward to following their advice. Again, we would like to thank everyone who helped make our move to the east coast easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Chipman/United to take care of other people's relocation needs.

Moving is always stressful so I'd rather have movers than not. They were quick in getting everything out, didn't mix up any of my housemate's thing and mine, and most of my stuff made it intact, though I watched them drop and shatter a container right in front of me (working on the reimbursement for that). My main complaint is I wish they would just tell me they shouldn't be trusted to transport or pack posters, I would have bought the proper packaging if I'd known. I don't know who in their right mind creases a poster right down the middle. Not a single poster or unframed piece of art was transported without damage. Just know if you hire them that you should pack any art yourself.

I don't know where to begin. If you are currently trying to move, I would avoid this company like the plague! From the lack of responsiveness, to the fact that they didn't show up on our scheduled move date, and now the fact that they blew through our delivery date and we have no end in site as to when we will receive our truck full of everything we own! This has been one of the worst experiences in my life! Our moving coordinator has blown us off and is non-responsive and Bill Mee who did the original bid lies to us every time he talks to us. Chipman you should be ashamed of yourself and not in the business of moving people!
