Last Monday I took delivery on my 2016 Wildcat 5th wheel . I have been very happy and impressed at the whole operation from the greeting at the front door to getting me hooked up and out on my own.Mik I believe was my salesperson and even though he was the new kid on the block he did an excellent job of showing me all the units in the price range that I had in mind as well as pointing out some of the flaws of some of the units that I may not have picked up on. the price negotiation was very straight forward and easy which is usually the hard part of buying anything of this type of value.

Ed is a very knowledgeable salesman. Easy to deal with dealership and makes you feel like family. If you're looking for a great selection of RVs without the hassle of making you feel like you're a number, definitely go to this dealership .. A++++

Renting a Class C RV from Cordelia RV was a great experience. The process was seamless and they were very accommodating to all our needs and requests. I would highly recommend renting a RV from them whether you are just trying one out to buy or just making memories.

Our family had such a pleasant experience with Cordelia RV. It took us two visits to find the right trailer. Our sales person Ed was great! Ed was so patient and personable, and didn't rush us thru the process. Unfortunately we're the kind of shoppers that opens everything up on each unit which can be a lengthy process. Ed was patient with each walk thru and helped answer our questions. We appreciated Ed's honesty and integrity. (Definitely ask for Ed when you come in)! We believe the RV center gave us the best deal they could. Let's face it- it's a huge investment, and they still have to make money at the end of the day too. We also enjoyed working with Suzanne in finance. She made the process easy and straightforward. Another "straight shooter" . We can't wait to pick up our new unit.

Kevan is my dude! He spent a lot of his time showing me different RVs. He is very knowledgeable, easy to be around, and feels like someone you can trust. Cordelia did not have the RV I ended up wanting but Kevan did everything possible to make it work for me. I'm sad that I didn't end up purchasing from Cordelia but I wanted to leave this review and tell you all to go see Kevan. He's a good guy.

Do not recommend these folks. Will start with my latest experience yesterday and then get into when I bought my trailer 3 years ago. - Yesterday, I stopped by while passing through Cordelia to use a $50 dollar gift card that I received when I bought my rig. The day I bought it, their little merchandise shop in their sales office was closed because it was a Monday afternoon. I live in Santa Rosa so it's not like they were right down the street so I never made it back there. Since then, they have removed and closed down this shop which is not a problem - my problem was when I went in yesterday to find out the shop was no longer there, an older gentleman named Brad comes over, I explain to him what I was there for and he just gives what I took as smartass replies, like "that was 3 years ago, that card expired", when it very clearly said on the back no expiration dates and then with a smirk says "I can give you $50 off if you want to buy a new trailer right now". I understand the shop closed down, but there's different ways to honor things like this especially if you're loyal to your customers, and most definitely better customer service could be provided. - When I bought my trailer, during the walk through, I found 3 little pin holes in my canopy and pointed that out to the service guys which they referred to the lady who sets things all up who said yea we'll get you on the schedule to replace it. Months went by and never got a follow up call/email then my wife sent them an email months after to follow up because we never heard anything back and got a reply which something along the lines of "we'll be in contact", then heard nothing back ever. My wife checked back in a 2nd time via email again months after the no follow up yet again, and same thing, got an email back then never heard anything after. After the 2nd time we were over it and didn't bother with it anymore. Don't waste your time or money, trailers aren't cheap, to turn around and get crap service on top of that.

I recently purchased my second RV from Cordelia RV and will return for a third time if I ever need another. Every department that I dealt with from sales, service, finance and management were well organized, knowledgeable and friendly. There is NO PRESSURE or the usual shady behavior you encounter when trying to buy a car, boat, etc.

All the staff is amazing. I bought my motor home recently thru Cordelia RV based on the information given by a previous customer and my experience has been wonderful. I will definitely recommend Cordelia RV to family and friends.

I bought an opus op2 new from a dealer in Fresno in September 2023, as they had the best deal. it has a couple warranty issues that need to be dealt with, nothing earth shaking; a tear in strap and rain water getting into the rear compartment during storage, and Cordelia RV is an Opus dealer. I emailed Cordelia RV through their website, and mind you I have never had any interactions with their service department, I received a phone call the next day from a service writer stating "we can't find your trailer in our system", to which I replied that It was not purchased there. she promptly stated "we will not schedule your RV if you didn't buy it here", and provided me no alternative. I was a service manager for a truck dealership, what cordellia rv did to me is illegal. they cannot turn me away from service for warranty consideration, no matter how far they are booked out. Per FTC guidelines, they have a legal obligation to triage my trailer and provide warranty covered repairs, if applicable. Now I have to go further out of my way to take benefit of my warranty. Disappointing they will not support a brand they sell. If I had done the same thing in my tenure as a service manager I would have been issued a serious corrective action, possibly fired.

1 year review. Bought a brand new forest river toy hauler December 2022. This was my second RV so I kind of knew what I wanted. Michael was my salesperson and helped me find the perfect size trailer with all the options I did and didn't want. So far the only issue has been a skylight leak that their service department fixed in 1 day. Had a hard time contacting their finance department regarding my warranty but after some persistence I was able to get it resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next rig here.
