I ordered photos from here. When I picked them up they had also given me someone else's photos along with mine. All their info was with their photos too. So I walked back in and let the cashier at the photo desk know and she was really rude to me and rolled her eyes. All I said was that I had gotten someone else's photos with mine. I was very polite about it.

Put an item in my pocket while I was waiting for some family members prescriptions. Didn't want to walk around the store with it because it's a sex enhancement item. Had every intention of paying for it. The manager walked into the pharmacy area and asked that they give him my personal medical information if I didn't pay for the item. First off I had every intention of paying for item. Secondly you can't accuse a person of shop lifting until they exit the store. And I know for a fact that sharing a person or their family's personal medical information is illegal.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would even the supervisor isn't helpful.. I hope this place closes down sooner than later..rude and just unknowledgeable about anything you ask them they just let anyone become a pharmacist now a days it's really a shame. I'll be calling corporate monday to escalate my problem

Staff is great! Helpful, always efficiently tries to do/grab what you may need. Conveniently has a lot of parking. Area outside and inside are clean. I feel safe late at night or early morning. Shelves are often bare, I cannot consistently find the same item on a regular because stock is so low. On everything, across the board. So have option B or C in mind when running in.

This Pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. When you're disabled like me and my wife are and we can't call our prescription in to be filled we're forced to walk the script in and then wait HOURS for it to be filled it's very difficult! On top of that I'm the only customer waiting in line I can hear the phone ringing while 3 pharmacists are standing around JUST LETTING THE PHONE RING ? Cmon ! I've never encountered a pharmacy like this one ! I don't know how they stay in business! Do not use this Pharmacy!!!

The is the GREATEST dang CVS store in the history of cvss… I just love my best friends over there… they always help me out!!! Especially my best friends Eva and Akimi and Leo.Whenever I go there I always feel welcomed ? !!!Always love ? you guys!!! MUCH APPRECIATED AND MUCH LOVE?? ??

The one star goes to guy at the front register. Here I'm new to town, worked as a former pharm tech in college so I'm a little familiar with how things work behind the scenes. My doc called an RX last week and forgot to call in one important detail. So, I'm going back and forth between calling the Dr's office, my home and CVS. My Dr actually called me to ensure that the pharmacy received the RX. I go back to CVS only to be informed by Dr. Otuyelu that it would take an hour to fill my RX. I tell her that I'll wait, and that did not make her happy. About 30 min. later the pharmacist a.k.a Dr. Bae (?) tells me that my prescription was not going through as my insurance indicated the RX had been filled elsewhere. Elsewhere?! WHERE?! She told me to call the prescribing MD because they would not be able to fill my RX until November 1st. Her tech parroted her instructions, without so much as help call my insurance plan. I phoned my Dr. and went to the other CVS' in my city only to come up empty handed. I called my health plan, and a kind representative informed me that no such transaction from CVS processing my medication had come through their system today. She attempted to process the request and showed no such denial. She phoned CVS in an effort to speak with Dr. Otuyelu and advocate on my behalf. She waited on hold 30 minutes only to be told by CVS staff that it would be a 30-minute wait to speak with the pharmacist. The insurance rep would be unable to hold for that long and encouraged me to call CVS. Well, I attempted to and was on continual hold for 45 minutes. No human came on hold to indicate hey "sorry were closed." This store isn't in the best area of town, and I've seen challenging patients come face to face with some, not all, but some rude techs, but guess what, we are YOUR CUSTOMERS. We ALL have bad days, and WE are ALL forced to do things AT work that we don't like to but it's OUR JOB. WITHOUT US, maybe you wouldn't have a job. So please show some darn courtesy, respect, and most of all DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Do not visit this store, they are blantlely discriminatory towards black people. I was standing in line and the cashier was being rude to two young black boys who were purchasing giftcards the white man behind them made a “joke” about their money being counterfeit and the cashier began to laugh at the boys who looked so scared they took their change and left the customer behind them started to talk to the cashier regarding the two boys and asks her if they stole anything and she out right accuses them and she says “ also the two ?that walked out” and she was even accusing a couple of black girls that were currently walking around on her mic when it was my turn to be helped which is why she couldn't help me because she was to busy accusing the other customers that she said “what do you need ?? “ a when i told her i was only there to pick up a package she huffed and had an attitude but was chatting it up with the customer just fine. Either way the store is always dirty most of the cashiers are rude,id rather go to the one on north texas. I reached out to corporate to let them know that she needs to check her bias especially when she works in a store were the customers are not white

This pharmacy is continuously having issues filling my prescriptions without any problems. When you try to contact them by phone to try to alert them they are processing an prescription that has been recently replaced/updated you can never get through to them. I was waiting for 90 minutes yesterday in phone queue and never got a live person to answer. The drive thru window is closed more often than it is open. I have been a regular pharmacy customer for more than eight years but I am going transfer my prescriptions to another CVS and see if its just this store or the corporate culture. If it doesn't improve there I will move my prescriptions to Costco or Raley's pharmacy.

Called at 1130 am went to location, script not ready at 340 and I've been on hold for the second time 15 minutes and the first time I was disconnected after holding 49 minutes not ok for after a surgery to pick up medication ? very disappointing .
