Each time I visited this store, it has always been dirty and messy. There is never anyone around to help you and if there is someone, they never make eye contact or speak to you.
Sorry to say, it is one of the lousiest CVS stores I have ever been to.

I shop at CVS for everything! Using the ExtrsCare card is easy, saves money on items I buy anyway, and shipping is free on almost all my orders and everything I need is usually in stock. While on vacation I can also always find a store nearby.

Worst and slowest pharmacy in Fairfield. Every time I go to pick up my meds, there’s only 1 tech working the register

The one black lady there was unnecessarily rude. She was standing with her back turned facing away from the register by the self checkout. Another man and I walked up to the register at the same time and stood there for a good 5 minutes or so while she ignored us. When she finally turned around she said “the register is closed, don’t you see the sign?” She then said we could have used self checkout and the other register to our left was open. Lady, if I wanted to use self checkout, I would have. I clearly didn’t want to do that. All you had to say was “I can help you at the register over there.” She then let some other guy who wasn’t even waiting as long jump in front of us to check out. At that point, I put my stuff down and left. Not sure why she had such a nasty attitude, but I won’t tolerate that!

Do you want to meet friendly and courteous people? Then, I suggest to visit your local CVS Pharmacy Stores.? You will experience the best feeling whether your shopping or window shopping during your visits because of the warmth welcome you’ll received as you enter the store. And don’t forget, to make good use of the coupons they give you as you become a CVS member. You’ll be glad… because I am. ???

I just called CVS, it’s 10:30 am pst, while I’m in the hospital. I asked about a refill on my pain medication and I was told I couldn’t refill the same one. I told the representative that I understand but they are not the same. One is an instant release and one is an extended release. I have to take both at the same time. She kept repeating that they are the same and cut me off as I was trying to explain to her. I’m talking in a calm voice because I’m in pain and in the hospital. I asked her if she could explain in more detail because I was not understanding and she hung up on me. Now they have me on hold and won’t answer my call. This is the same exact reason I stopped dealing with CVS in the past. To be treated so rudely when you are suffering is unacceptable.

This store doesn't care anymore. I walked in to buy a card, and there was no employee to check out. There was a self check out, but when I went to use it, it didn't work. It is clear they don't care if you just walk out without paying. The shelves are a mess, and when the one employee finally came up front she wasn't interested in helping anyone.

Very rude young girl. Always on her phone, it's more important than helping customers. The men's restroom looks like it hasn't been mopped in about a year. Very lazy staff? Won't be surprised if they go out of business soon.

This review is for the male who answered the pharmacy line on 9/13/23 at 5:40p. Your customer service skills need severe improvement. As a customer, I had been on hold for over 10 minutes and was inquiring if this CVS location carried a Rx for my 82 year grandmother since the CVS we usually go to, didn't have any in stock until next week. I provided you with the name of the medicine and you replied "we don't have any" and you immediately hung up the phone. You didn't bother to help further, wait to hear if I had additional questions, or offer solutions. This type of service reflects poorly on CVS. Working in a pharmacy should require staff like yourself to have compassion as you are serving people that need medicine and are likely already dealing with health matters. Have some respect for your community, your employer, and customer service.

Today, a Saturday, I arrived at the pharmacy drive up window at 9:55 am. I waited for the window to open up at 10:00. Patiently waiting until 10:20. Still no one came to the window. I called the pharmacy several times with no answer. I then called the main line and spoke to someone to ask if the pharmacy was open. He said they were open. I had go inside to pick up my prescriptions. I am disabled and rely on drive up service. I was forced to limp inside. Once I get to the pharmacy, I observed a few people standing in line. The clerk was moving slow as molasses. I mean good grief, no sense of urgency. Wasting time chitchatting nonsense. I informed him I was waiting at the drive up window for twenty minutes and no one came. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location.
