The CVS here is honestly not that bad. They have a wide selection of items, usually not more than 5-10 customers (not crowded) and are always on track with every holiday, bringing exclusive items to this store. I gave this CVS a 4 star because sometimes the staff are away from the self checkout/ checkout area, and when you want to buy something, either you have to wait for that cashier to come, or you are waiting for assistance on the self check-out machine, they take a while to come over and help, and sometimes it's nearly impossible to find a worker nearby. Overall, this store is really not that bad!

I have so much trouble coming here to load my business card. They don't control their temper and misunderstand this important concept of CDs. I won't be coming back and go ahead keep poorly educated staff!

The employees at this store both pharmacy and generally, are without fail pleasant and go the extra mile to help with whatever you need. I have been pleasantly surprised as I don’t have a lot of experience with CVS but have been several times and always treated really well.

The store is disappointing. They are always out of items. If you go to the store, you must go with intent to not finding anything in particular. They have two self checkout machines and one doesn't work. One self check out machine froze while I was using it and I ended up having to get in line to get my items anyways after getting a lecture from the cashier that the machine froze because I scanned an item that I can't use self check out for . Their system was down and would not take my phone number cashier attempted to help me but she couldn't make my phone number work. She signed up me for a new account. It still didn't work. She couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work and then asked me if I knew other peoples phone numbers we could try so that I didn't have to pay full price. The system wasn't taking anybody's phone numbers for customer accounts, so this was a waste of time. I work ended up paying full price and wasting almost 20 minutes of my time.

Store is very run down and dated. Even basics like greeting cards are only half stocked. They push self check-out so hard and only open an employee staffed check out registers when they have to. Self check out lines are always long. This is one of the worst locations I have been to. Very disappointing.

I want to thank and commend Manager Dennis for helping me locate a holiday Barbie and holding it for me while I rushed to the store to buy it. He didn’t have to do that! It was service up and above customer expectation! I truly appreciate his concern and politeness. He remained professional and calm even though I was frantic over the phone! I had been trying to locate this doll going on 3 days! I’m so impressed with the customer service , and grateful Dennis works there!

If I could rate the pharmacy -100, I would! So, my grand daughter had knee surgery Thursday & when they filled her pain medication, unbeknownst to us, they shorted her 12 pills WITHOUT TELLING US! Now her nerve block wore off & she's out of pain meds AND IT'S SATURDAY! The pharmacy said they have to get approval from her doctor. That's not until Monday. They told her to take tylenol! Tylenol will not help with the pain you idiots! DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT PHARMACY! They might have stole the pills they didn't give us!

On my recent trip to the CVS store in Fairfield CA. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most friendly and helpful people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Her name is Sheryl and she is truly a asset to the CVS name.
