I recently moved to the area. I needed riding pants/jeans and the gentleman that help me was amazing! Forgive me, I dont recall his name. He was an older African American gentleman. Though familiar to Cycle Gears in other locations. It was a blessing for my first experience and encounter at the Cycle Gear in my new area to go awesome! Im looking forward to my next visit.

I went to CycleGear to get tires dismounted from my Harley wheels so they could be powder coated. The staff was courteous and professional. They completed the task in a matter of 3 hours and gave me a courtesy call as soon as the task was completed. They charged me an extremely reasonable fee. I would recommend Cycle Gear if you need new tires.

I spoke to Willie over the phone about motorcycle” battery tenders” he never hesitated to give me information and prices on that item. I was impressed by his enthusiasm about the products and willingness to help. Armed with the proper information I was able to make a wise purchase. Thanks Willie you made my trip in ez. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and I was immediately helped with finding the gloves I was looking for. Salesman was extremely helpful and friendly.

My rims were damaged during the tire install. A chunk of metal was removed from the interface of tire and rim. The manager is off for the next 4 days and no one else will take care of issue.
Update as of 10/27/2024.
Visited the store today and was informed the store manager has been changed. Thing appear to be different in customer service during my visit, so I will start shopping at this location again.

This place is expensive. Shop on Amazon for your oils and other stuff. Full of Sedici and Bilg stuff. I wouldn’t even really recommend Revzilla since these companies are in bed together. I only really shop here if I am in a pinch and need something same day.
