First off these people don't talk to each other. Second they have messed with my wife's transportation, they kept her 5 and half hours and transportation is on a schedule, they also caused her to miss her p.t and o.t . My wife suffered a massive stroke and brain bleeding last year and has several issues. Then there's these rude nurses who act like they control my wife's life. Sorry not going to happen. I spoke to them and they said it won't happen again. Then after I made calls to them letting them know my wife had several doctors appointments this week and I get a call yesterday asking were she was. Now the office people were already told she wouldn't be in. This happened at her last center wich then a horse called adult protective services, these people are completely idiots. If they do it again we will put a lawsuit on them. They also have strange policies. My wife can't get to the bathroom due to temporary right side paralysis,so they let her sit in her own waste. So I keep her home sometimes when she is having these issues. Wich these idiots call and say we're us she even after I had called in. Don't let these people bully you. Put them in there place.

UPDATE/Follow up to previous review The BAN of me assisting my father in the treatment room to lessen his anxiety and post treatment bleeding has been LIFTED. The in person meeting with the FA and two other Davita employees was professional, respectful, and responsive. No ambiguous language. They agreed the situation did NOT dictate phoning the police on an 80 year old Black man with dementia. A great start but why did it take this much effort? I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY JAVIER AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE. Continue monitoring this post for updates. It needed to be said; of the approximate 130 patients at the Downtown Fairfield CA location, Momma and I are one of about 5 families that remain consistently present in Daddy's patient care. What happens to other patients without this level of advocacy?

This is hands down the worst place to take your loved one for care, and if I could give them negative stars I would in a heartbeat. They’re too reckless and unqualified to still be open. My family member is in the hospital because of these people. They improperly stuck her with a needle and sliced her vein open causing two large hematomas in her arm. Rather than acknowledge their mistake up front they kept telling her she was okay. She’s there for dialysis so think about the amount of septic blood was just flowing through her body. THREE WEEKS pass and one doctor with more than one brain cell finally gave her concerns some attention and realized they made a huge mistake. She has been in the hospital all week, has had multiple surgeries just to not only save her arm but save her life. This is not okay and they need to be held accountable for their actions. She will never physically or emotionally be the same because of these people. We trusted them just as everyone else who brings a loved one there does, and they let us down big time. It really makes me think that if they could dismiss something serious like this; they probably also dismissed other patients which could’ve resulted in life changing or life losing results.

What can I say. This is by far the absolute BEST dialysis clinic. My husband and I travel for work and he does Hemodialisys 3 days a week. He has been a visiting patient at many clinics. All of the staff from techs to nurses to Minnie the nice lady in charge of administration. They are all friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. This isn't just a job with a paycheck for them. They really care about every single patient. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. The facility is clean and well organized. If you or someone you love needs to choose a dialysis clinic, look no further. This is the place to go.

Worst place for patients. The temp in the waiting room was 49 degrees. They do not care about patients freezing, only their own comfort. Nurses are very rude to family.

Poor service! My dad goes here for dialysis and the way the nurses treated my mom in person and on the phone is disrespectful. I went to take my dad the nurse yelled at me and I haven't felt so embarrassed like that in public.

Thee worst people working here!!! I'm so tired of the workers who are unprofessional on answering the phone and meeting in person. I called the DaVita main Branch to complain about a couple of the individuals working there and they were on 3- way with me and they were not pleased at all. I'm so glad I spoke to the boss who is higher than there Manager. I'm ready to visit the main branch of DaVita to report plenty of incidents recorded and visiting being recorded how they acted towards me and my dad.
