As platinum member I know that late checkout is based on availability till 4 pm but I don’t understand when front desk is already notified that I am checking out at 1 pm but house keeper keeps knocking on the door every few minutes, I dissatisfied.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer Service (Negative 1)
Room Cleanliness ( Negative 1)
I arrived at 8 am, early for check in I understand, but at most hotels I’ve stayed at (most of which have been in the Marriott Hotel family, Marriott, Sheraton, Courtyard) they will say the room is not clean yet however we saved this room for your stay we will set the keys aside and let you know when the room is ready but we will start the check in process. They wouldn’t do it…. That’s fine whatever I will just wait til I return to check in. I went to use the lobby restroom…. Completely destroyed… I wish I had taken a picture but I didn’t…. (The Del Taco next to the hotel had a cleaner restrooms than they did) we finally check in around 8 PM put our bags in our room and walk back out to get dessert….return from dessert start to settle in by 9:35 I find what is in the attached picture….. used contraceptives…. Immediately my husband and I pack up our things and head to the front desk to leave. We inform them of the situation show them the card of the person that “ thoroughly sanitized/inspected” the room, Daniela, and Drive hours back home. Wait for days for a response from the manager because the attendant that night said she had no authority to return our money. All for the manager to blame (via email to my airline credit card that we booked it through) my husband and I saying we placed those on the floor of the room because their staff is too skilled to miss something like that. I am OFFENDED DISSATISFIED WITH MY SERVICES AND ARE STILL WAITING A RESPONSE VIA PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We missed out on the second day of our vacation with our friends all because of this hotel. They were booked solid according to multiple members staff so it’s not like we could have moved rooms to stay the night.
Rooms: THE MOST DISGUSTING ROOM I HAVE EVER ATTEMPTED TO STAY IN, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

Me and my Family stayed at this hotel back in July, 2024. It was nice and the staff were very helpful and kind. But, it was the Full Complimentary breakfast that was Awesome!!! There were many choices to eat from. Pam the food manager did a superb job especially with her homemade biscuits and gravy. They were out of this world!!! The breakfast area was well organized and clean. I would certainly stay here again when traveling through this way.
Nearby activities: Many restaurants are within walking distance of this hotel.

The hotel has spectacular cleanliness and maintenance/house keeping. The rooms were very nice and spacious, two queen beds and a couch that could fold into a queen sized bed.
The location is very nice and convenient, it’s near a lot of great restaurants. There’s an awesome pizza joint right next to it, only a min walk. I loved the staff, they were very respectful and professional. I stayed there for about a month and have nothing to complain about.
I definitely felt safe, there were no hazards and every room has an in detail escape route for whenever you are in the hotel. Some of the staff members would include Mirasol, Claudia, Joy, Connie, Jag etc.
Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, they are also amazingly sanitary.
Nearby activities: There are many restaurants nearby, for breakfast lunch and dinner. Although they have amazing breakfast in the hotel that I personally preferred.
Safety: It felt very safe in the hotel and there were no safety hazards of any sort.

I stayed for vacation with family for 3 weeks and not once did it disappoint. The breakfast was always great and the staff were very professional and kind. Some of the staff was Marisol, Jag, Christina, and many more that did amazing work . The rooms are very clean and the room service did perfect cleaning. Would definitely recommend.
Rooms: Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and the couch folds out to a bed. Very nice and clean
Nearby activities: Great restaurants nearby, when it was too late at night my family and I would go to the 24 hour California burrito around the corner.
Safety: Very safe, did not notice any safety hazards.

Very clean, new carpets throughout and the breakfast was great with homemade salsa verde and red salsa. Poo and jacuzzi was nice and clean. Only thing about the room was the inside of the bathroom door looked like it was battered so that was strange.

The hotel is horrible. I made the reservation because there is a pool and my son wanted it very much for his vacation. Imagine how I felt when 10 minutes after checking in I found out that the pool was closed. Spa doesn't work either. When I made the complaint to the reception, they told me that they didn't know anything, that the pool has not been working for a long time and they are not going to do anything about this. I complained to Expedia and they only offered me a refund. Oh really? They ruined my vacation, I didn't keep my promise to my son, and the only thing they told me was to go to another hotel. They are frauds, a shame

Sooooo I use Marriott very frequently and was very disappointed in finding MOLD in the bathroom in several spots. Although I brought it to their attention as major as this is, they only responded with thx for letting them know. I rented the room for 2 nights, and they didn't offer me anything for mycotoxin exposure as if it's inconsequential.

Never felt so disappointed and disrespected by a service personal in my life! Requested two bedroom suites, called days before July 8th to verified and was assured there is a connecting room to give us two bedroom, livingroom to accommodate 7 people in which 5 were minor children and could not be alone in their own room.
Did not stay due to lack of accommodation for my large family 10mins into our check in. Staff said they were sorry for not having what my family's needed. They watched me exit the hotel 5 to 10mins of checking in. Next day they emailed us an invoice of charges to a room in which we never stayed in. ( This is Fraud). Called multiple times for a manager, on day three got to spoke to one, we were told, "no refund, we failed to read the conformation", we got hang up on and they refused to answer their phones for 5 mins after repeated phone calls. Staff needs training, they need to master the skills on communication. We wanted
Gave them a chance to resolve this issue before we called Cooperate and waited until this review was done. We could also called our Credit card company to dispute charges BUT we wanted to resolve it peacefully. Ended up having to contact Marriott and file a complaint and request a refund and training for this location.
This Hotel needs to be shut down and renovation is badly needed. All new staff are needed. They staff are running this well to do establishment to the ground. This is NOT the Marriott way.
