OK for starters this place is quite small but they did have what I need in a pinch. I’m actually grateful for the gentleman that helped me out. He had a JD Sports manager tag on but he was from Finish Line so I was confused but he gave great service thank you to that man.

Here's and honest review. The store is clean and there's plenty to choose from. Prices are fair. The associate (Nina) was very helpful. I really appreciate the at attention to detail she gave.

All the employees are rude and not very helpful at all its like they don't even wanna be there instead of asking if u need any help but its us customers asking ... Need to replace the employees with better attitudes !!!

We are here right now and the lady shut the door on us right before we walked in. She said they are closing for lunch. We asked her how long before they reopen. She was rude and told us she is not sure. Wasted a trip to the mall for nothing at 2pm in the middle of the day. They should post their lunch closure times....

Way too easy.... Walked in. Found a shoe on sale. They had my size. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The wife decided to buy them for me. What could I possibly complain about? Thanks Finish Line!

I love going there because staff is really helpful. The other day I went around 11:20am and Johnny helped me and there was this beautiful girl at Estée Lauder counter they helped and explained everything about the products which I needed. This was the second time I had an interaction with Johnny he is so amazing he makes sure that he is helping the customer to his full potential. He was making sure that which ever foundation I need suits to my skin tone. I wanna say Thanku to Johnny and that beautiful girl (I'm sorry I forgot her name) for helping me with the purchase.

The only shoe store in the mall that talked to me!!! I walked around the mall hoping to find new shoes for my grandson and other shoes stores ignored me. As soon as I walked into finish line I was greeted and helped for about 30 mins by Aaron and Julias the store manager these guys were very professional and made me feel welcomed so I appreciate them for that I will continue shopping with this location
