After making an appointment and dropping car overnight the first time, the crew didn’t use the instructions given for an oil change. They insisted on their preference and submitted approval from fleet partner for additional work I didn’t ask for at the time of drop off. So I had to take car with services and bring back another day. Then after calling and confirming to do oil change first and all work for later approval, dropped off car overnight and added specific instructions, the crew still can’t get it right.Serious lack of communication there. I even called, wrote on envelope, and spoke to person day before in addition to first drop off and still they couldn’t get the “check brakes” right. They don’t value my time and think that I can leave my vehicle all day with them and forgetting I’m not getting paid while my car is with them and I had to make travel arrangements twice back and forth to their location because they couldn’t take care of my request of a simple oil change.

I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM on the 17th. After speaking to the man at the front desk, he said it would take three hours for the job to be complete.
I came back two a half hours later. The car wasn't moved.
I Was told to come back tomorrow morning.
What's the point of setting up an appointment?
I'm just very disappointed.
I do have to say the two men at the front desk are amazing, and seemed to understand my frustration. So thank you to them... But only them.

The worst customer service. Booked my maintenance appointment on line for 10 am. At check in I was told why I did my appointment on their website as they are unable to do the work . Oh really oil change and alignment and break inspection which was their own suggestion at my last visit can not be done at in one day! I was given the choice to do only one thing if I wanted my car for the day . Will never back to this shop ever.

My sons first car so I bought 4 new tire package and paid 200.00 plus for lifetime alignment. Few months later he goes in for routine balance and rotate and they want 70 dollars for balance. It turns out you need to pay extra for lifetime balance. I would have paid for a lifetime at the time of purchase. I HATE!!! small deceptions like this. I like Firestone but I will strongly recommend just going to Costco, Leschwab, where they don't pull this fine print garbage. Just lessons learned for my son and I.

This place [FF] is not merely dishonest, but they are actually actively deceptive. It takes 1 hour to change front end break rotors, pads and add fluid. On the lift, it took these guys 5 hours. They inspected it, and now I don't know if the work was necessary at all. I don't know if they did the work. I went in just for pads...they pushed me to change the rotors, and then told me my control arms were cracked when it was just the bushing on one side. They tried to bait and switch me up to $2700. I absolutely recommend you stay away, and tell everyone you know to stay away from these unscrupulous thieving jackals. They don't even deserve one star. What they are doing should be criminal.

Manager Bay Largaespada accommodated me even though I didn't have any appointment. I explained to him I had a flat tire when I called. When I came in, he advised me that my tire will be fixed but those scheduled ahead of me who's already in the shop will be taken cared first. I understand. He said it will get done before noon. I went to work using Uber. Around 11:30a I called Bay and he told me the tire is fixed and my car is ready for pickup, as promised before noon. I am so thankful. Bay was professional, respectful, and courteous.

John and James saved us! We were stranded between our home and our destination. Flat tire, no spare, and all the shops were booked solid or closed. The dog, kids and I would have been stranded. Wonderful people. Thank you both!

A good tire company with good products and a good outlet here at Travis. If you want to not get ripped off and have a solid warranty experience, try them out.

Work has been good so far ,but when you make a appointment at 9am and don't even bring car in til 12pm just to check rotors is nuts. Twice now this has happened last time was front end alignment 4 hr with appointment still didn't take car in .
