Okay experiences here. They usually have everything in stock. Sometimes the staff are just too swamped to help everyone in the store. Other times they are busy with stock and stuff. It's a hit or miss experience for me.

Good prices, good selection of consoles, accessories, games new and used. Customer service was geeky but nice.If you need something quick or just don't want to wait, and/or have questions and the answers are not online, this is the place to go.Large parking lot, it is not a first thing in the morning store.

Smaller store, but was greeted right away and they seemed extremely well stocked compared to some of the other locations in the area. Looking forward to coming back.

Went into GameStop looking for a One Piece Funko. After being there and looking around for a while an employee came towards the shelves and pulled out one that he had hidden for a customer. After the customer asked if they get chase funkos the employee said that if there were any he would take them. I left shortly after overhearing this.Safe to say I probably won’t come into this gamestop anymore.

Just picked up some games I needed with a 25+ line of people and Jesse handled it amazingly. I think the impatient individuals can learn a thing or 4 from him because his customer service is unparalleled. Give this man a raise or another business will dwell in his great skill.

Jesse should be promoted. I swear I was In there for like 20 minutes and everyone Including the other employees were asking him a million questions, while he was trying to multitask customer service and all kinds of other things. The whole time he totally kept his cool - being crazy nice to everyone.It looked to me like that place would crumble to the ground without him.I hope you appreciate him - he's holding it down and deserves to be treated like a star

Went to the store around 1:30 in the after noon on a Thursday and the door was locked. I waited around and nobody came so then I ordered what I needed for pick up and waited around for like an hour after I ordered went to check at the store they hadn't received the information on their end yet. Then they couldn't find all of the items that came with the Xbox One X so they said it would probably be a coumore hours until it was ready. Made the 10 minute trip home and 10 minutes after getting it was ready so then had to go all the way back. Kind of annoying.

Small and crowded inside. It's alot of games and other items for sale and I think they buy back things too. Workers are knowledgeable.

After being very very badly treated by the best buy manager, I went to GameStop and to my surprise a got a completely different approach by the manager at GameStop. Very knowledgeable and amazing customer service. Thumbs up to your store. Thank you
