This review is long overdue. I have been using Gateway pharmacy for my mothers prescriptions for at least 4-5 years?? The staff has always been very professional and kind in person & over the phone. Leo has always been and still is my go to guy for anything I may need help with. He's always very patient, and willing to go above & beyond to help!. Julio is also great in assisting me when needed. Let me just say, the whole staff is great. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who loves great customer service and is looking for a good pharmacy for themselves or their love ones. Great job!

It seems like nobody knows what they're doing here. It's kinda ridiculous how they are all over the place every time that we go in, have to charge me for my meds but when my lady picks them up, they "charge my account" and I'm never given that option. I've walked out without my meds multiple times. I'll be switching back to my old pharmacy if this continues.

I love gateway pharmacy. They are always prompt and respectful. We have never had issues with them like at other pharmacies. We travel 10 miles to come here but it’s worth it. They are the best in Solano county.

We've been going to Gateway since shortly after they opened. They have been great for us. Leo and Julio are great techs to work with. It's so nice to have someone who you get to know and who knows you and your prescription needs. Sorry to read some of the bad reviews. Just the opposite of our experience.

Gateway Pharmacy and it’s entire staff are by far the Best Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Armando, Julio,Leo and the rest of the staff will remind me when refills are coming up they also Deliver which helps us out when we don’t have transportation. Bravo Gateway Pharmacy ????

My prescriptions are on time, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. This pharmacy is a tremendous asset to Solano County's residents. Need bubble packing and delivery. Just indicate it and transfer your prescriptions from any store you choose. No longer long waits and unanswered phone calls. A decision you will not regret making!
