I shopped at Hot Topic in my teen years and now my teens like to shop here. Honestly, in my 30's I still like to get some fun items here. Band t-shirts never go out of style. There are unique clothing items and novelty items which are good for gifts and room decoration. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hot Topic is a vibe... Most of the time. I bought a drink and they did not put it in the bag, and when I went back to get it, they refused to give it to me or refund my money!! ? The manager was so disrespectful! I even had my receipt ? and they don't even have cameras in there! They just stole my money ?

My daughters have been accused of stealing from this crappy store TWICE. They will never shop there again. Today, my 13-year-old was threatened and held there against her will. All the while, she offered to let them check her pockets & bag. She was in tears while the self-righteous employee berated her in front of everyone.
