INCOMPETENT THIRD TIME WE HAVE HAD YO COME BACK.FIRST TIME SON'S SOCIAL WRONGSECOND TIME SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE. CANT PAY AND FILE AT THR SAME TIME.FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY, ELENA ELDERLY WOMAN, SAYS WE CANT MAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT. AND SAYS I AM YELLING AT HER.

I have to say that my tax preparer, Stephanie Hernandez at this H&R Block location is amazing! Not only did she prepare my wife and I's taxes in a timely manner, she was very patient with us and made the entire process painless.I would highly recommend Stephanie Hernandez for your next tax filing as we will be looking to have her file our taxes again next year!

Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend coming here , the guy filed my taxes wrong & it’s been 3 months still NOTHING not even a cal updating me on them “fixing” it . Now the office is temporarily closed WORST SERVICE EVER

Stephanie Hernandez is really nice woman helps me really well on my tax document and she gives me some other idea to help me out with my refunds. She even gives me advice to the other stuffs to help raise my 401k. Really appreciate and wonderful woman. You deserve a 5star rating
