My whole family loves coming to this place . One stop shop from pool to sauna , workouts , tennis . Can’t complain . Thanks to wonderful staff members who keeps this place so welcoming and clean . Good job you guys .

I go to this gym regularly. It works just fine for me. They have a nice pool. The employees are pretty nice. It also costs more than any other In-Shape location. I don't think that the cost is worth what you get in return. I wouldn't go here if it wasn't so close.
This, by the way, is what I said when the gym emailed me for feedback. Someone from the gym has now contacted me because they have an issue with my feedback and disagree with me. It seems pretty sketchy.

I have a all club In-Shape membership which includes access to Rancho Solano and all of the clubs are maintained immaculately and the support staff are always welcoming. Check-in is very convenient scanning in with your iPhone and I find lockers are readily available to store my items while I work out at any of the locations. I enjoy the massage chair, the Pickleball lessons, and other amenities available By Online reservations. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the available daily classes and I highly recommend In-Shape for your exercise needs.

Beware of the women's locker room at this gym! ‼️
I spotted a roach near the spa, right in front of the women’s sauna. Where there’s one, there’s often more. I brought this to the attention of the manager, but based on our phone conversation, she didn’t seem too concerned. They claimed the area had been cleaned the day before, which was the same day I visited with a guest pass and saw the roach. I strongly recommend reconsidering a gym membership at this location.

I knew we loved this gym, but I really took for granted just how awesome they were until we had a bad experience at the Browns Valley location today.This gym is always clean. The people are incredibly friendly and the kid zone workers are top tier. They make my children feel safe and excited to be there which, in turn, makes me feel trustful of them and their program. We especially love Ms. B and Moe!I want to gatekeep them so that it doesn’t get crowded, but I just am grateful for the professional, friendly workers and the intensely good workouts I get here. 10/10 recommend.

Must be the most expensive gym in the area. The cardio and weight areas are nothing special but the pool is nice and the reason for joining. But now the pool will be closed for over 2 months for maintenance. After paying a fee to join, high monthly fees plus an annual fee we now can't use the only reason for joining. At the very least they should waive their fee for putting the membership on hold until this is fixed. Or offer half off during the time they can't offer what we are paying for. Thinking about canceling or switching to the dover location which is cheaper. Also the website says there's an indoor pool which is not true.

This gym is my favorite but has a big room for improvement. Bathrooms were closed over two months in the summer time but only one wall of tiles has been remodeled?! What a joke! Women's bathrooms steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are often closed or not working. Yoga studio upstairs never opened. Why? Classes are mainly for old people, seniors, yoga restore, chair yoga, etc. do not offer much. Tennis classes, boot camp, Pickleball tournaments, personal trainers would be great! Some equipment would use an upgrade. Outdoor pool is nice and clean but in order to reserve a line for swimming, the membership must be upgraded, thus more money on top of already super overpriced membership. For a "Double Diamond " should be all locations and reservations system INCLUDED! The staff is mostly friendly.
