Hard to properly express how annoying it is to constantly be pressured into buying socks or shoe cleaners or more socks or even more socks how about these socks what about these shoe cleaners why dont you also buy these shoes and these socks???
The poor employees are probably being hounded by managers to make more sales despite the fact people will buy your products when they need or want them (I have worked in a similar store but for phones, my manager was the same way. It was awful and usually annoyed customers.)
Stop trying to upsell me things I DO NOT WANT or care about. If I wanted the socks, I'd buy the socks on my own OR I'd ask about them first.

Trying to return shoe cleaner they assumed I used it and wouldn’t return it and don’t fall for their free socks scam don’t bother buying here go online much cheaper

They consistently order shoes for someone to get the sale then hold on to your money for a week or so then cancel your order because they didn’t actually have the item in stock- no excuse for this in this day and age- don’t shop here if u actually want to get a pair of shoes- it’s not the employees at the store- they are just young folks doing their job- it’s the company as a whole

Extremely poor customer service. In store experience is not good at all. Zero sense of urgency or care from staff members. They didn't have my size Converse so we ordered them and when I called to tell them they sent the wrong shoe I received no apology or explanation they just said "yea we do that all the time" I mean I know it's not a some high end shoe store but SOME form of service would be appreciated. I can see why these types of stores are closing down. I will be ordering my own shoes online from now on.

Yesterday my friend and I walked in yesterday with the intend of buying something since she wanted shoes for her Birthday and the only employee there looked like he was on FaceTime with someone and that he didn't even want to be there. He just looked at us and went back to what he was doing, and he seemed to have an attitude, overall he was just rude as hell. He didn't even acknowledge us at all when we walked in or ask if we needed any help so we just left. I usually come here and the employees are usually helpful and nice but now I don't think I'll be returning.

The staff at this location did above and beyond!!!! Super polite and helpful!! I hd gone to 4 other shoe stored before coming here. My daughter is 9 but wears women's size shoes and still doesn't want to learn to tie her shoes. These girls went out if their way to not only help me find shoes for my daughter but try and teach her how to tie her shoes. I wish i could have gotten their names. But if this gets to then THANK YOU!!! You literally made my daughters day today!!!! Definitely will make this place my go to for shoes!!!

I went to Journey's today because I was having a problem with a birthday present. Tranecia and Teressa helped me find what I needed, and they made my day! They are super friendly and go out of their way to help! The last shoe store I was in did not even acknowledge me, I couldn't believe the difference at Journey's!!

I went in on Monday 2/3/20 at around 11AM, the girl that was working there was VERY inattentive. She lacks customer service skills (I work in hospitality, so I would know), why do I say this? Because when I walked in, no greet, no "can I help you", NOTHING. I went up to the register to let her know I wanted to exchange some shoes I got for Christmas, she misinformed me (of course) that all sandals were $100 and up. WRONG! Anyways, I left and went to go look at some other stores. I decided to go back.... And again SHE SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all I can say! She had no desire to help me whatsoever.

No reason to not give them 5 stars. Good service, lots of product stuffed into this small chain store. Found what I liked at a competitive price, better than any other store at this particular mall.

So my daughter's husband ordered her shoes online. They sent the wrong size.. my daughter decided not to shop there and wanted a refund. She took the shoes still in the box..with receipt. They told her that they couldn't refund her any money because they didn't have any cash in the register. What store does that? Never again will they get her or my business.

I bought my converse all stars from an all star staff, lead by store manager Shonté. I was in on a weekend and it was semi crowded. Both ladies that worked there were more pleasant and helpful, bringing me as many shoes as I wanted. The even applied my phone coupon without any trouble. When I had an issue with the shoe I called the store and Shonté answered the phone. She listened to my issue and offered me a solution and a good time to come into the store. When I came into the store they didn't have the same shoe I wanted so she offered to order it for me. She also said "feel free to look around and take as much time as you need." She was warm and welcoming and genuine. I did end up taking about half an hour and never felt rushed. She answered my questions and gave her opinion about sizing. She gave me five star service and is an asset to the company. She set an amazing example as the other workers were also very genuinely helpful and cool. I highly recommend this particular journeys. They also have quite a selection of shoes. I left happy, amazed and appreciative of the quality of customer service I was provided.

Clean. The store is somewhat small. They have mainly shoes, with a bunch of Chucks and skateboard type shoes. Also have baby shoes. Prices aren't too steep.
