If i could give them zero stars I would. They are scammers. They told me the day before my reservation, that I didn't have one and then ended up charging me for a night's stay. I tried calling and he never got back to me. I called to follow up, he didn't call back. I called an additional 20 times and they did not answer the phone until I called from a different number. Once I got him on the phone, he hung up on me. I have reported them to corporate and have an open case. Do not do business with them.

Great, affordable hotel with breakfast provided and comfy beds. Just a 10min drive from Napa and places like RD Winery & Eagle Vines Golf Club.

I had a great experience here. Kenya and Om were gems! They were very hospitable! They were patient to my needs as well as extensive with the help they both provided. The room/ bathroom was cleaned very well, without opposition to my request of changing my bed again for my peace of mind. I'll definitely be back!

Great hotel! Very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I only wish they had a guest laundry. Family of 5 on a week long road trip. I wanted to wash the dirty clothes we had accumulated. That's just me, and I realize this is not something everyone would utilize.

I have always had good experiences staying here and today was no exception. Kenya at the front desk was extremely helpful and considerate and even offered to help me with my reservation in a way I didn’t think about and was more than I expected. Just makes a huge difference in the overall experience and is absolutely the reason I will return in the future.

Excellent stay at this location. Lobby and rooms were very clean, I loved the dove soap and products in the shower!! The area was safe and well lit, and the best customer service ever. Really nice staff, truly, above and beyond. The things I'd change are pretty inconsequential. But-to be honest- I would have liked a washer /dryer on site. And.. the breakfast could use a little sprucing up. The egg frisbees were a little off- putting. The waffle batter poured was insanely slow, but that is probably on purpose lol. It tried my patience though for sure haha. A little more variety in the breakfast dept would have been good. I was there for 3 days though so i might be biased😉 overall, excellent stay, will come back. Thank you ! I saw this amazing bird outside my window too !!!

Stay was great, comfortable clean room, spacious bathrooms and rooms. Lost power at facility for awhile due to PG&E.
Was restored quickly, but alas no television for the night due to dish customer service not hotel. Great friendly staff, will stay again in the future.

Dog friendly ($25 fee), clean, close to food and gas, safe location. Good shower water pressure and dove products.

So clean and convenient to freeway and many restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and had pretty decor. Nice amenities. Reasonably priced.

We were traveling to Hemet, CA with our dog from Western WA to help a family member move back to WA. This hotel was the one and only bright spot in an otherwise terrible trip down. After 2 terrible stays in other hotels we arrived in Fairfield to find this gem. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft and fresh smelling, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. There were so many pros that I cannot list them all. The only con was that we had a heavy walker above us and we could hear anyone who walked down the hall outside our room, but that is to be expected in any lodging with multiple stories and rooms and does not impact my review in any way, I only mention it so that people traveling with noise sensitive dogs are aware. We just turned the TV on and that was plenty to keep our dog from noticing. We would definitely stay here again if we were traveling to the area.

Dont know what people are talking about but this motel is definitely roach free and is a very clean place to say.
