Justin Kirk Tabayoyon was a blessing to me. I was served with papers to not take my son out of state two days before my move, even though my sons father agreed on my move, and only had one entire day to find an attorney before my hearing. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Justin because he seemed so knowledgeable about the local law enforcement, legal admin and judges. It was a very difficult time in my life and he made it all possible for my son and I to move out of state in an acceptable timely manner. He wasn’t the cheapest attorney, but I’ve gone down that road before and accomplished nothing. Ive never had any billing issues with him. Either way, fighting anything is not cheap and I say he was worth EVERY penny. Thank you so much Justin Kirk Tabayoyon!!!

I was charged $1800 for putting the files he requested into the wrong file in Dropbox. I still haven’t gotten the refund.

Do not hire this attorney he is a complete joke! Will be super nice during the retainer process but then will be rude & not responsive. He has 0 loyalty for his clients and will not look out for your best interest. Lastly he is never in the US he is always in Colombia so he will never show his face.. Someone like this shouldn’t be an attorney.

This guy is an attorney I would use anytime. May need him again soon and will gladly pay the money.I hired him for a complicated family law case and he delivered more than I thought. He's a no nonsense, cut to the chase, spit it out, get to the point kind of guy. He knows what he's doing and has a staff to back him up. You want to save money? Read his website! It's not hard. He's very clear about his rates and how to save money after you retain him.If you need a shoulder to cry on, hire a therapist. Grow up people. He takes his attitude to court and I appreciated his tough questioning at trial. Believe me, you don't want anyone else.

Boils down to 0 zero loyalty to his clients, check out his fake good guy reviews ,.. saying hes so great , anyway, use your own judgement and you'll see, hes not a nice person , probably cheated on his bar exam ..thums up if you agree ??

Mr Tabayoyon was never present in court, did everything by video . Never took the time to meet in person nor did he defend against the multiple false accusations made by opposing party. My personal opinion was that he wanted to just collect his fees without investing any time or understanding of the case. I do not recommend him for complex legal matters.

I hired him to help me in Family Court in Napa Valley because I keep getting screwed over. I hired him and is for documentation and proof. After my abusive ex has been threatened a mass shooting with multiple guns in his house that we're not registered to him. and a history of domestic violence. he also had sex toys and porno magazines all over his house. I couldn't get full custody of my kids. Napa took a pay off to hide his case. not only that he kicked us out six months after I had hip replacement surgery to try and take my kids for me. and tried to make my older son say I was robbing the house. enough about my situation you're gonna have to buy the book or you'll see my lawsuit. I hired this man to prove a point and to see if he was going to help me. he really didn't. The judge gave my ex full custody of my kids. Because of homework. And lies. and there's documentation that my ex-husband refused to do homework or take my kids to tutoring. I hired this man to get my kids back and my ex owes me $2000 a month for the past four years. he asked me for the paperwork so I got a Flash drive and sent it to him. he only does meetings over the video and he demands that he see your face but he never showed his. I gave him $5000. When he got the flash drive he said that all the paperwork with mixed up on the flash drive which it was not. when he asked me to find certain paperwork on my end and I told him what page it was on the drive he found it automatically. I personally don't think he read any of my files because as proof and documentation and text messages from my ex husband he would've seen that my ex-husband text message saying that they all stick together. no attorney our judge will go against each other. this is why I've called and paid so many attorneys so I can have my documentation and proof. and I told him I've documented everything and he doesn't care about my documentation or what I have. so we've had multiple meetings and they felt like they were going nowhere but I still paid him more money because I needed my proof and documentation and to see if he was actually going to stick with the letter of the law and stick up for me and my kids. he missed about three meetings with me that we had to reschedule and I was OK with that even though I had to change all my plans around. to let you guys know I've had nine surgeries since 2014. i've had to go through treatment. on top of working and taking my kids to school. there's documentation and proof that my ex and his family refuse to help with my kids at all. so all the pressure is on me. as I was going through treatment. I didn't get him a piece of paper on time because I was sick to my stomach and could not function. so he said that he was going to drop me because I didn't do my part. but he did not look through any of my paperwork. and he missed a couple meetings. first my returning check was supposed to be around $2000 but because they said I gave them the runaround on signing the paperwork for him not to be my lawyer again I only got 800. it took them two weeks for me to get a check. I had to go up there to get a check and when I got it and went to the bank. The check looks fake. The ink was three different colors and the account number on the bottom was smeared. my bank refused to cash it so I had to go to his bank. I went to his bank to cash the check and basically told him that the check was fake and it was a fraud. that's a federal crime and I don't appreciate it. when I called him and told them and sent them a picture of the check they said the check did not look like that when I got it and I must've did something to it. please do not accuse me of any fraudulent federal crimes. that's what the check looked like when you gave it to me. and I still have a picture of it. I did call Fairfield police and make a police report saying that they told me that I did something to change the check. basically I messed with it. as soon as I find a picture of the check I will

This man will send you a billing structure that is not explained at all during initial talks. Says he'll represent you then he charges 90bucks for a email and 45 bucks a call. He stays in Columbia so he'll never go to court phisically. Whatever you deposit he will use. Terrible attorney as well. He charges 450 a hour and gets beat all the time. I guess there is no honor amongst thieves. You will never talk to this man unless its 5 minutes before court. If your thinking of using him, please listen to me and use someone else. Read his other bad reviews. He is ok that people want a real attorney, not to cry to but discuss business that we pay for. He manipulates payment structure very creatively. Guy's got no integrity. You will never be able to contact him because he's not in this country.

I'm going to follow up 2 years later. I continue to consult with Justin in my ongoing 4 year legal battle with restraining my husbands violent and bitter ex who once was fairly good at lying. I have received nothing but excellent direction and instruction from Justin. This man doesn't need to look up law in a book because it's in his head. I don't like to waste money. And THAT is something Justin doesn't do. I am not the overly emotional type so I'm sure that's helpful to him but my career means everything and Justin guided me with how to protect that. He is also the expert in breaking down the legal jargon that I get hung up on sometimes and that is why he's the best. If you feel overwhelmed and want to take the burden off of you, then hire him! I def say he is brilliant in his field and with all geniuses, if you can't keep up, you'll have to move out the way so he can kick a$$ for you. This dude actually learned to speak Spanish during the Covid lock down. If that doesn't tell you something about the power of his mind, then he's not for you. Also. If you want to see him chew up and spit out another attorney, (nothing personal but always funny) especially if you have a high conflict case that seems to never stop...HIRE HIM!

Not good. He charged me for a full day of work. Instead of working on my case and going over my paperwork, he was helping at least one other client.When the judge asked him for evidence and examples he turned to me and said, "talk fast".He let opposing counsel write up the orders and didn't make sure that what was good for me wss in the orders, so I lost even more visitation time.This guy may be good in other situations but in my personal experience DON'T HIRE THIS GUY.Have a good day and may whatever issues you're having be smooth and resolved.
